We left a vintage wall clock with them for servicing and repair. Good friendly customer service, quick response to emails so we knew progress on the repair. Clock is working and keeping good time. The price and timescale was as expected from the initial conversations, definitely will use them again and happy to recommend them for clock servicing and repair.

Andrew & Donna are always my first choice for any jewellery needs - from a gift to a watch battery. They never mind how small the job is. The range they hold is great and surprisingly vast for a small shop. I always try and support local businesses too.

absolutely amazing service , andrew and donna fixed my parents grandfather clock . traveled to pick it up and to drop it off. they did a first class repair on it my parents are so pleased and cant thank them enough.

Bought my wife's engagement ring here, beautiful ring great price, bought our wedding rings here also. Wife's ring got too small went in for a bigger one, 3 days before Xmas, they didn't have one in stock. Ordered one same day arrived the next day. Awesome service, lovely people, gotta love local.
