Daniel in footwear was so kind and helpful, he greeted me when I walked in and seemed genuinely interested in helping. Not only did he help me with sizing and assist me in finding a shoe that fit me right, he also went out of his way to suggest and show me some shoes that he said he thought would be perfect for what I was looking for. With this kind of service I’ll definitely be coming back !!

This is the most spacious and quiet Sports Check that I have ever walked into. The ceilings are high and the lights are bright. The stock is very organized and sorted cleanly.Staff walk around offering help and appeared welcoming. When we asked to try on some shoes, the team member quickly got the sizes we requested.This is a great Sports Check to shop at as it is quiet and calm.

Purchased a $300 pair of CCM skates and Bauer right handed stick $150. The warranty offered on both products (30 days) do not reflect the quality of both the skates and stick. Absolutely ridiculous! Workmanship and quality do not reflect price.The skate blade cracked after less than 6 ice times and 5 months owning. The stick broke right in half afer 43 days. These companies know exacltly what they are doing and producing. Sportchek is to blame for selling poor quality at high prices. I am not surprised its a Canadian Tire company.. Terrible!

This is a Sport Chek paired with an Atmosphere. There was a big selection of clothing, shoes, sport equipment, and hiking and camping gear. Some things were very expensive. There was not enough staff to help out in the shoe section so we had a long wait.

I haven't played hockey in 5 years and most of my equipment is old and in the garbage. I went to sportchek because I have a MasterCard that gets me money back. I was helped put by a young guy that went above and beyond to help me out with everything. Skates sharp, and everything I needed. It was a great shopping experience. I wished I could name the employee.

Stock online doesn't match store at all. Drove across town for no reason. Store is big but their online stock is a lie. This isn't like they said they had 1 left and I took a chance. There were two things I was here for, both items were marked as highly available, but not even ONE of either at the store. Don't beleive their online stock even a little bit. I swear it's completely made up and in no way reflects actual inventory levels.

Super happy with the level of service I received today when coming it to try and get my bindings repaired. Unfortunately they weren’t repairable and so I needed to replace the bindings entirely - the staff went out of their way to try and find me bindings that were within my price range and after a good 15 min they did! They also found a nearby sports chek and called them to ensure they could mount the bindings for me without having to return since I planned on going boarding the next day.

I had a staff member named Kyle who assisted me over the phone and he was incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. I had called a few stores regarding certain shoes and they did little more than say sorry
