I have had a great experience with John Black and his legal assistant Bev when dealing with my Sister estate. He is such a kind and caring person and I am very happy with the service I have received from John and Bev. I would highly recommend John Black to anyone dealing with Wills and Estates.

Trash lawyer and the people that work there.I sold my house with them and they totally screwed up the deal 2 different times. They had little patience for me trying to understand the numbers and they caused me tremendous headache trying to sort out their mistakes.Other people that I know who used this layer agree that Black & Black has little patience for people that don't have much experience buying and selling property. If you use this lawyer you'll notice how they RUSH though all your documents without bothering to help you understand (rushing is probably how they made mistakes on my deal). If you ask them to explain something they'll sigh and rush though it again expecting you to understand.I've never used a lawyer before but I have to imagine there's much better lawyers out there for the price you pay.
