Summerland Waterfront Resort Hotel

Awesome place to stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pool is great and view of lake amazing. Rooms are clean, bed are so comfortable I could go on and on . Super nice

Beautiful place, clean rooms and bedding. Nice swimming pool and hot tub.My only complaint is they didn't have complementary herb tea in the room only kreurig coffee.

Nice hotel resort located next to Lake Okanagan. Really peaceful and quiet location, great on site restaurant and Bistro. Boat and watercraft rental, free bike use, pools and hot tubs, multiple BBQ areas, underground parking etc. Easy access to parks and walking paths.It would be a 5 ⭐ but..Not all the rooms have AC so you need to keep the windows and curtains closed when it's hot. It's a bit dated in the rooms with handles loose and the landscaping is getting overgrown.

Very nice resort. We enjoyed great homemade food at the Bistro. Amazing views of the lake.

My husband and I took their spring offer this April 2+1 night and we had a relaxing stay. We booked a studio bluff room. It was our first time in Kelowna and after taking a scenic drive from Vancouver via Whistler and Merritt which took 9 hrs drive but we saw many wild animals around and beautiful scenery despite cloudy and grey. The resort is located in a quiet area lakefront. Room is spacious and clean I love the kitchen, fully equipped with dishwashing soap the only thing missing is a peeler :) they even have a grater and nice touch of a bottle of white wine. I loved it so on our check out I asked to buy one but Flo from the reception gladly just gave it to us for free!! Karla was very helpful booking us our reservations over the phone. She was patient and courteous as I had a lot of questions being first time in the area. We explored the whole Okanagan lake by driving, drove to Peachland (love it here), Westbank (more action and busier area with shops and great view) wineries such as Frind and Mission ( a must) West Kelowna, Kelowna downtown (its very busy like the usual city. I dont recommend if your goal is to rest and relax) Went all the way up to Vernon, passing by Kalamaka lake (nice drive here as well as in Oyama) and went on a loop down to Fintry and West Kelowna. The hotel staff are very accommodating and helpful. My husband left his laptop charger and they lend us one for the whole stay. I love their hot tub which was hot and big enough, not so busy with guests. Their pool is a decent size and warm enough.. their sauna is convenient and pool towels were abundant. They have bathrobes as well only missing are slippers. We will definitely come back here in the summer when the vineyards are all grown. Its so beautiful in Okanagan, lake and snowcapped hills surround you. Thank you Summerland. On the way back to Vancouver we drove by Naramata (love the vineyards here) then to Oliver and Oosoyos then to Princeton then Hope and Abbotsford Langley. Great 4 days 3 nights road trip.

Our family really enjoyed this place. Nice pool for the kids to play and a beautiful restaurant next door. Will attend again in the future!

I have a stock pickup truck, but surprisingly it's too high for secured parking under the building. The only alternative is a small unsecured gravel lot across the street that has room for three vehicles. Not too goodRooms are nice, but an odd layout for the one we were in. Particularly for the bathroom, and a totally out-of-place sink in the bedroom.

We stayed in a king suite it had a nice view was very clean and had everything needed to cook meals. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The restaurant was also nothing but amazing with great food fun drinks and all around awesome staff. The coffee shop in the hotel was a bonus with all the fancy coffees and treats . I had the lunch special there was good homemade food. The staff were amazing there aswell.

WOW!!!! What an amazing hotel! I can’t shut up about how this hotel is so so cool, so i’ll make a list about why you should book this hotel if you’re going to Kelowna or in the neighbourhood!1. This hotel has so many amenities even on winter- sauna, hot tub, gym, outside patio with a nice fire place. All the amenities are open until 11pm!2. The staff was very nice and very welcoming, even when we had a thousand questions they were very patient!3. There is a breakfast place in the hotel and it’s so cozy! The coffee and the muffins are very yummy!4. There is a private parking lot inside the building which is so nice! Safe to know your car will be safe from any issues!5. Last BUT NOT LEAST, the hotel room: Everything from the washroom having a tub and a shower structure to a kitchen full of everything you need to cook and live there! The room was very big and there was even a sitting area for both sofas and table!I already miss it! It was the best hotel i’ve been so far in BC! I wouldn’t miss the chance to come back here if I could! I HIGHLG recommend this place.
