3rd edit - pizza pizza keep calling me just to tell me they won't do anything about it. They deny anyone else is having issues with this location. The recent reviews clearly indicate ongoing issues. Cassandra from pizza pizza customer support really would rather argue no one else is having issues than refund a customer who they made sick.2nd edit - Copy paste reply from pizza pizza, cs won't do anything other than look into it." Wasting your time saying there's nothing they can do

I ordered an X-large 4-topping special at 5:30 PM. I received confirmation email saying pizza would arrive by 6:15. 15 minutes after I ordered the delivery guy is at my door. I couldn’t understand how that was possible, until I started eating. It was a pizza crust, pizza sauce & cheese. Not one of the four toppings I ordered was on there. I called them at 6:09, and they gave me a store credit for $24 and promised to deliver the correct order ASAP. At 9:14 (3 hrs later), I called and asked where my pizza was? Oh they forgot…they’d deliver it right away, and give me a refund. 11:20 (another 2 hours) I called again…still no pizza. Oh the driver is almost here. 5 - 10 minutes max. That was 2 hours ago and still no pizza. I’m going to bed. In the morning (when I get up) I’ll call them and tell them if the driver didn’t eat my pizza then they can feed it to the neighbourhood dogs. I don’t want it. Order pizza from a reputable place.P. S. I called them again today (a day later) and they claim they delivered the replacement pizza, but I never got it. I was up till after 2 AM (when the store closes) and it was NOT delivered. I asked for my money back and they say they don’t give refunds.

Sardar guy works at night made the brilliant pizza in couple of minutes.Highly recommended but in sardar guy’s shift because i dont know how others make.

Very convient for the placement of the restaurant, I can easily walk to Pizza Pizza and walk home without any troubles! I love the deep fried dill pickles!

This Place is just simply disappointment all the time I have ordered. This time the Pizza was simply undercooked. Even the chhese on the top didn't melt. Coomon dude. Check what you making before giving it tothe customer.

I would leave zero stars if I could. I was a visitor in Kingston for the weekend and want to share my food experience of this store with you.The Indian Girl prepared my order. I ordered Pizza with 4 Toppings and what I received is just a cheese crust with 2-4 pieces of each topping.The food is Zero for the price and to make it even worse it is not even close to authentic.You should not call yourself a Pizza Pizza Franchise. The service ridiculously whitewashed.Literally, Don’t go there, they are not worth it.

Do not order from this pizza pizza. Every time I order the spicy plant based chik’n sandwich they send it with dairy on it and it’s a fight to fix the issue. Now as a lactose intolerant person I’m unwell when there should have never been dairy in my food. Very disappointing.

Ordered a large size cauliflower bites… box was not even half full. Most of the time I order from different location, I know the portion.I called customer service, did not respond properly, he put me on the hold without asking, then hanged up on me.

Absolutely horrible service. I pre-ordered my pizza ahead of time and went in to pick it up. When I walked in, there were 5 employees working and not a single one acknowledged me. I waited 5 minutes before I finally spoke up and asked an employee about my order. He asked me for my name and I told him, then he asked me to show him my name so I showed him my phone with my order that has my name on it. He walked around and checked two pizzas and then went back to what he was doing. I waited another 7 minutes until I asked again and he seemed to just shrug me off and keep going with his orders. It wasn’t until almost 25 minutes after I had come in that a girl employee showed up to the front desk and I asked her about my order and she went and grabbed a pizza box that had been sitting there since I had walked through the door initially. So not only was I not acknowledged during my visit, my pizza sat for an extra 25 minutes getting cold while I waited for someone to let me know it was ready. I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be returning. I understand it’s busy but that’s not a reason for horrible customer service.
