Overall great experience, the receptionist was very friendly and Sheraz was very kind, did a wonderful job and made me feel comfortable!

My fiancé surprised me with a massage and spa pedicure at Cher-Mere during a weekend visit to Kingston and I couldn’t have been more pleased! Emily was so warm and welcoming, and the services were great. So relaxing, and the few ladies working there that I had the pleasure of meeting were lovely. Emily also made some great suggestions for restaurants and little attractions to check out while we were in town. The whole experience left me smiling the rest of the day! Definitely recommend going to Cher-Mere!

Great use of a smaller space. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the downtown location. The ladies helping us were all very kind and provided great service, they were also very accommodative so booking could not have been smoother! Will definitely return

Absolutely loved coming to this spa! From my first visit I've had only good experiences, with their very welcoming atmosphere and friendly reception and aestheticians. Highly recommend coming here, especially for services with Alli C, she does an excellent job and works very quickly when I'm in a rush! 10/10 experience, and a very accessible location in downtown Kingston.

I've been going to Cher-Mere for years for various services. I've always had great experiences and the staff are always fantastic. I have to give a shout out though to Gabriella. I'm always a ball of anxiety when I get my lashes done, but she has a super calming presence. She is a great lash artist, and they look absolutely dynamite. Thanks Gabriella for making me look beautiful and for putting me at ease.

First time to Chere-Mere and I had the most wonderful manicure with Gabriella this afternoon. Very professional and relaxing service; my hands and nails look great. Just the pick me up I needed in my third trimester of pregnancy. Will be back and would highly recommend to others. Thank you, Gabriella!

I've always enjoyed visits to Cher Mere - they offer great massages, pedicures, and manicures. At my last visit I was happy with the spa manicure & pedicure up until the polish - the polish I received is very poorly done and I was pretty unhappy with the result when I examined it in detail at home. I definitely could have done a superior job myself. I plan to go back in the future but I'll definitely be requesting a different esthetician.EDIT: I was invited back by Cher-Mere to have my polish redone by a different esthetician and was very happy with the result and really appreciated the gesture. Since this experience I have gone back and had several other treatments (and manicures) done and all have been fantastic and professional.
