Went for breakfast today - nice ambiance.Food was also good taste and quality.Omlates are better than waffles. Waffles were undercooked and undone! Not recommended at all! On complaining to the server she told us that it’s a recurring complaint recently. I am surprised they haven’t fixed it yet !Another thing is pricing ! While the prices may appear reasonable on the menu, they end up charging you for every little thing or even replacements…!They charged us for maple syrup tiny cups which are usually free with such meals, also I asked them to only put banana and strawberries in my little ones fruit cup which usually has mixed fruits. Guess what? They charged me EXTRA for that !!!I asked to replace the western style omlate with feta and that was also charged extra …While we didn’t take any meat in any order , that wasn’t deducted from the pricing , but all replacements were charged extra.We ended up paying 55$ for 2 people. !!! Bill attached !What a rip !

We ordered breakfast this morning and the fruit cup was all mouldy and the other container of fruit had hair in it. We were missing our toast as well. The staff did not fix the situation and was not helpful.I wonder was else is mouldy in their fridge. Something to look out for.

Wanted to just have an easy morning with the family to enjoy being served breakfast. The restaurant seemed busy when we arrived so we were patient and chatted and waited.We started to get so cold in the restaurant as we waited we had to put our winter jackets back on. No one came to update us or apologize on the status of the delay with kitchen.The moment we tried to get someone's attention because decided to leave was the point we got served when our patience was stretched for more than 1.5 hours later (not exaggerated)We had to ask for our toasts which came 15 minutes after our plates were served.... And the toasts came to us cold ❄️❄️I did note however when we talked to our waitress she seemed to have been crying because there were what seemed to be tears brimming her eye lids. She told us there was only 1 cook in the kitchen.What is going on with the management of this establishment?I'm sorry, I will not subject myself to this kind of experience again.Not when you have other choices out there.

Waited over an hour for a meal and when we asked, we were told our order would be completed between Skip The Dishes and Uber Eats orders and if we were not happy we could leave. So after 75 minutes we left. Not returning.

We experienced the most horrible service today. We had a reservation for 11am and arrived at 10:55am. By 11:10 I had to walk through the restaurant to try and find someone to seat us as there were 4 other people waiting in front of us and around 10 more behind. Nobody even acknowledged our existence. We were finally seated and after 45 mins of sitting at the table, nobody came to serve us. When we asked one of the girls to help, she just said we are super busy so we just left. At no point did anyone say they would be right with us or even offer an apology, it was like we didn’t exist. Worst service ever. Oh, and the restaurant was only half full so it was hardly busy. But when a bottle of ketchup broke at another table, 3 waitresses stepped in to help. This place needs to get their servers replaced or re-trained.

Very average tasteless food. Please remove the shredded potatoes from the menu and at least ask people to have normal baked potatoes with their breakfast. With the choice in the neighborhood I would not be returning here. Also ambiance is really boring and meh, how about you do something fun with the space?

Used to be good !! The cook Theo dosent even want to give a discount for the hard as rock pancakes cold eggs nothing but grease bacon. Small and burnt toast. . The waitress felt bad and was great but the manager did not even want to come talk and fix the problem. ..do not go here there are lots of alternatives. This is our last visit..!!!

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I ordered the Celine Special and enjoyed having a taste of everything. Huge portion! Food was hot and tasteful. Coffee kept getting refilled, which is always a good thing. My friend had a mango smoothie which he thoroughly enjoyed. As his meal, he ordered the bagel with salmon. It came with a generous amount of fruit. He said it was delicious. Fruit were fresh. Washrooms were clean, although there did seem to have a sewer-ish smell. Waitress informed us about their new afternoon and evening menu, as the restaurant becomes a piri piri place under a different name from noon to 8 pm. Apparently it’s Tutti Frutti’s new venture.

Went there to eat with my friend and the food was good! Amazing prices for the quality of the food. Just one thing: I went with one of my black friends and they were playing a slave movie on the tv ??? A bit weird and uncomfortable !
