Hello,This UPS store is such a great place and one stop for your shipping needs. The guys there are so helpful, generous, patient and understand the needs of the customer. I came to Canada 2 years back and since then I didn't went to any other store other than this due to high quality service. The prices and timeline they offer are so reasonable and exact. Sent couple of packages to India and they were on time. There is no reason not to give these hard working and nice people a 5-star rating. Cheers guys and keep doing this great work.

I needed labels for my new business and was recommended to use this UPS store. I must say, I was very pleased with the outcome and I received my labels next day. I appreciate the owner patience with because I wasn’t sure which sized work best and he waited, assisted and gave me options to fit my needs. I am very pleased and I will definitely be using their services again. They are a one stop shop for all business needs. I highly recommend!

Worst Store ever I have visited so far in UPS, where they are saying that i need to pay for the Label Printing for a Package. NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STOREUPDATE :As far as homework, I haven't been charged for Printing Shipping Label for UPS Shipping not for Amazon Returns at any other UPS Store. It was my first time at your store. The Lack of respect with the customer and un professional behavior is at best at your store. With that attitude, it was my first and last visit to your store.

I don't normally write reviews, but the outstanding service I received at UPS store #523, truly deserves one.I was extremely impressed with the quality of the work done for me in their graphic design and printing department. Not to mention the timely manner in which the work was done. Amazing is the word!The outstanding quality work coupled with the excellent customer service I received from everyone in that store is truly note worthy.I thank you all so much for your level of professionalism and courtesy matched by the amazing and outstanding work you do.Well done..

The girl working at Front Counter is very rude and unprofessionalism is at best. Lack of empathy how to treat a customer is seen. Urge to UPS to retrain this Store for Customer Engagement and Customer Service.

Really bad customer service. My wife and kids went there to get passport pictures taken. Customer representative was very rude, unprofessional and overly aggressive mannerism. Never going there again.

Excellent customer experience. The best postal service location. Their performance is outstanding. Calls are answered within a minute. Activities are done easily and efficiently. Were very helpful in walking me through the process of printing and making copies! It's so nice to have such a good UPS store nearby. Service was fast with kind and smiley staff. No complaints at all about this shop. Best UPS store in the town.
