Bought my cx5 about three weeks ago. I was impressed with the warranty as well as the service I have received from the service dept. Bill Nikoloau who sold me the vehicle was very professional and coruteous and helpful.

I have been a happy member of the Mazda family since 2017. Just a few weeks ago, I contacted Bill because I wanted to upgrade my 2017 Mazda3 GS to an SUV. Bill was quick to respond with highly detailed and personal service, and it was clear from the get go that the entire team was very invested in retaining us as customers. I am now the proud owner of a beautiful 2021.5 Mazda CX-5 GT, and I could not be happier - with the vehicle or the customer service. Tire change:Was told it would take 15 minutes. Before booking.Arrived on time. I was told again it would take 15-20 minutes.Took 2 hours for a tire change.Zero consideration for the customer's time. They could've phoned ahead and mentioned the delay.They could've mentioned it when I came in.

Bill Nikolaou was excellent to work with when we were looking for a new SUV. We got what we wanted within our price range. He was extremely patient and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle. Thanks Bill
