We recently needed repairs to our garage door, to which the onsite staff were prompt, knowledgeable and timely with their repairs.At this time, we also decided that it was time to replace the bottom section of the door due to rust. While there was an understandable delay in order in one panel for an old door, the match was perfect (other than the UV and weathering)Again, installation of the lower panel was done promptly and efficiently.Staff called in advance of their arrival and were on time. Both installers were friendly and efficient.I would recommend Creative Doors to anyone looking for a new door or service to their garage door.

Creative Door came and re-fixed my home garage door that Another Door company overcharged me to do and not fix. The Creative Door service man Dave was friendly professional and efficient. My garage door is working great now finally. We should of called Creative Door first and would of saved us some money.Thank You Creative Door,5 Stars and Highly Recommended.

This company installed our garage door when our house was built. We had issues with it from the start, and now 4 years later we need to replace it. I have attempted to get in contact with them multiple times over the last month to look at replacement options and they will not get back to me. We'll be looking elsewhere at a company who actually wants our business. The only reason I reached out to them after our previous issues is because we thought it would be easier to have the installing company replace.

We are very happy with the fix we had done on our garage door today. The contractor was quick and professional. He even helped us change out a couple light bulbs in the garage that are hard for us to access. We are very happy with the service and appreciate the extra effort.

Work was done on my garage door today. The work was done in a very efficient and professional manner. The repair person arrived when scheduled, went right to work and had the door working again properly in short order.We have used Creative Door Services in the past. We will not hesitate to use them again and will recommend them to our friends because of the quality of the work and the friendly professional service.

While the part, a cable tube, cost $179, labour for a 45-50 minute job to fix one garage door, cost over $200. Then there was the $10 truck fee which I haven’t seen from anyone since 1988. Total bill: $425.25 I’ve used Creative Door for years but I’ll go somewhere else in the future.

Quite disappointed with this company. I had no option but to call them since they're the manufacturers of my house garage door. I The service price is 175$ and I was charged 475$ for the change of a couple springs. Not the shaft since it was quite expensive as the technician mentioned.I was billed almost a month after and I never received any breakdown of the costs of the labour or an email confirming the price of it.Not to mention that a week after my house got broken into because the garage door opened without notice without me being at the house.

We had a panel replaced on our garage door. While I did have some challenges with the office getting in touch with me for the initial quote, the folks there were good about staying in touch once we placed the order for the panel (custom piece). The technician who completed the work, Dave, called ahead, arrived when he said he would, and completed the work in no time flat. Good experience overall, but would say it seems the customer needs to follow-up to get the process started.
