Break ins happen regularly here. Junkies use stairwell to do drugs. Be careful.

I don't really understand the terrible reviews here. In my experience, this place is a decent option to park your car.It was not cheap, I was there from about 330pm to 915pm on a weekday and was charged over $20. However, there are plenty of spots and you are probably not gonna find another place cheaper than that rate in this area.Yes, the neighborhood is sketchy. So are most places where the city manages a garage. Park at a lower level if you can, take the elevator.
