Really disappointed with my experience here - I went into walk-in about symptoms that were getting worse, I told Dr.Agustin I was waiting for strep results, it had been 2 days since my test. I am assuming he did not even check for results, he looked down my throat with just a light (not even a popsicle stick) and told me it was too early to be put on anything, told me to rest & take Advil. I waited 3 more days and still felt like I was getting worse - went to another walk-in clinic and was told immediately that I came back positive for strep. I paid $30 for a doctors note because I had no choice as I have been really sick with no answers. It’s really hard to be sick for over a week as a student (during exams) with 2 jobs and go to a clinic that obviously doesn’t care and just wants money. It’s ridiculous that I needed to see 3 doctors in the period of a week to get any answers.

Dr. Dhanoa is by far the best doctor I have ever had. He is caring, listens and never keeps you waiting. The reception staff are very helpful.

Great medical clinic! The receptionists are kind and helpful, Maria is fantastic. I met 2 of the doctors, they were both knowledgeable. I have seen Dr. Agustin a few times and when I had scheduled appointments he was on time. I never felt rushed out the door, and what I appreciate the most he communicates very clearly so when you leave you have no unanswered questions or feeling confused about the next steps. The clinic is clean and neat. Wonderful little team you guys! Thank you so much for efforts!

I understand for long waiting time. But not justified,I came and see Doctor Agustin,seemly he always in hurry and my case took for 3-4mins and the doctor do nothing or checking some stuff just interviews and not sure what his doin as a patient i received unsatisfaction result for my concerned even though I haven't yet expressed my concern he just give me a prescription and bye done!? What kind of service you given for your patient as you a doctor didn't care for patients concerns. Thats why we want to see a doctor, seeking a professional help medical care. But not worth it see you a doctor do nothing for the patients concerns. You proudly calling doctor " but in simple cases your not sure what your doing!When I seek for second opinion to other doctor eventually I found the right findings and relived. But not this clinic. I won't recommend here for seeing a doctor."

Even though some reviews said something negative, I had very positive experience. We had to go in as a walk-in and searched so many clinics today, and they were the one for us. The other clinic said they take walk-in, so we went but as soon as they looked at us, they said no with cold look. Westmount at least took us in as a walk-in, had to wait 2.5 hours but we’re very happy to be checked by a doctor. Dr. Amed was a fairly nice guy, we actually hope to go back again if we need to☺️

Dr. Dhanoa is an excellent and caring physician. He takes the time to go through your overall well-being along with your physical health checks.

Got told on the phone for walk in’s the wait would be a little over a hour, hour comes along they say another 30-40 minutes. Currently been waiting almost 2.5 hours. Only 1 doctor working. Don’t get me wrong the staff is nice but it’s just ridiculous to keep being told a time and waiting longer and longer. Very unimpressed. Then asked the doctor how long he told me ANOTHER HOUR for 3 patients ahead of me , then simply said well if you’re busy you can come back tomorrow!! After I sat there for almost 3 hours

As one does, I ignored pain for a good amount of time before seeking medical attention. Having called 811 and being advised to seek a medical doctor within the next four hours, I was already feeling anxious about going to the clinic. Plus, I usually go to another clinic a little closer to home, but as fortune would have it, they were closed. Westmount was the next closest location. I was prepared to wait a long time due to being a walk in, but got in and out including perscriptions within 40 minutes. The nurses at the front were wonderful, patient, and kind, ALL while training a new staff, calming people down, and dealing with less than kind language from some other walk ins. Dr. Augustin was extremely professional. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Thank you for my experience this week.

What a pathetic service… highly unprofessional clinic. I booked an appointment for today. I reached 4 minutes late for my scheduled appointment. Receptionist greeted and took my photo id and health card. After verifying, she stated that Doctor has left and you need to reschedule. I received no call from clinic for apt cancellation. What a waste of time.. will never go back to this clinic.

Had an appointment this morning, didn't have to wait long (actually got me in a little early.)I was going to check out some irregular freckles/moles that I have, and the doctor was able to quickly send a referral. I've had poor experiences in the past with doctors so this was refreshing.The reception staff were very kind too.
