I can’t put into words how grateful I am for Bonnie at ACS... our dogs are our kids and when one of them pasted it was beyond devastating.. my spouse especially had a traumatic time but with the help, support, and transparency of ACS we got the closure we needed ... our emotions came first... I am not the best with words and I can’t put it enough how grateful I am for Bonnie ... beyond professional... thank you so much for the love and compassion you showed to us...

We took Donut My sons hamster to Animal Cremation Services in Edmonton yesterday June 20th and we got him back today June 21st! They went above and beyond for Donuts service. He was Cremated, they shaved some of his fur for us to keep and even took His paw print for us! My son picked out a keychain to have him in and we put it on a chain for him to wear. If you are faced with needing this service for your pet I’d 100% recommend them, They were so kind and helped us the day our Donut passed.❤️❤️❤️

We unfortunately had to make the difficult decision Christmas day to put our dog down on boxing day. I never contacted them directly for my dog to get cremated however the vet I use does and I was quoted a week or longer before I got her remains back. I was very pleasantly surprised when only 3 days later they had her cremation remains ready for pick up at the vet. Made a hard decision a little easier having her back so soon and before the new year. Would recommend them.

My beautiful fur baby was cremated at this facility they were great people and were very Caring and understandable in my needs to have the perfect urn for my fur baby I hopefully won’t need there service anytime soon but when I do I feel comfortable knowing my fur baby is well taken care off I highly recommend animal cremation services
