I got my nails done a few days ago and the gel polish is just flaking off more everyday. I felt like I was a burden to them when I showed up (there was 2 other people that’s it) it felt rushed, I still have a tip expecting the polish to be done right. I’m actually pretty upset because this place is close to home and local, but every time I go it gets progressively worse. I’m not one to leave reviews, but please avoid this place if you’re trying to be careful with money. It’s not worth it and you’ll regret it

As you can see from the photo, French white is not right. Too much of a gap between the bottom of the white tip of the false nail and the French white (1st pic). The French white curve is also off on some tips. The sculpture liquid is not supposed to touch your skin, if fact it is strongly recommended to remove it as soon as you do. It was placed on the skin of both thumbs and forefinger. Attaching the false nail tip, a spot of super glue is ok. Not putting so much it fuses your skin to the false nail tip which it did to a few of my finger tips. I like the fact they used less powder, but at least make it an even level. I have one side of each finger slightly thicker (2nd pic). I know how to do this as I have done mine many times before but I was out of sculpting liquid so decided to treat myself. I wasn’t even asked if it was ok. She finished and right away went to the cash. My fault for not checking but I didn’t have my glasses on and I was being rushed out. I can fix everything but that’s not the point is it? I am giving the place 2 stars and that’s being generous. I did notice a poster for a product I am very interested in getting and happy I didn’t spend money on sculpting liquid. Back to doing my own nails.

So I wanted to give this place another chance, I arrived at the salon before a wave of women followed behind. I was seated first yet I was one of the last to get served which is odd because no one has appointments. That annoyed me from the beginning but I decided to stay. I should have taken the many unhappy women complaining as a sign to leave. Once seated I waited an additional 25 mins before I was asked what I wanted. I went with a basic French tip gel manicure. I asked the woman how much three times she repeated $55. The man who did my nails was clearly having a bad day and took it out on my hands. He was extremely unfriendly and rough with my hands. After my nails were finished I went to pay and all of a sudden my price went from $55 to 69???? Bunch of scammers. Stay away from this salon if you don’t want to be overcharged for nothing and have someone hurt your hands and nails in the process

I have been a customer for several years and am very happy with their services. Reasonably prices and very friendly.

Went for a manicure, no polish.Job was done in about 5 mins with multiple steps skipped including the lotion/hand massage (the best part).There were 4 workers and 10+ customers, so the job was rushed and horribly done.I was charged $25. When I questioned that, as there was no polish or lotion…, the women went to get lotion and was going to put it on me over the reception desk!!! I declined and I will not be returning.

The pedicure was horribly done. Looked like the nail polish was painted by a five year old. They didn’t not shape my nails or push down my cuticles and wanted me to pay full price even though the job was horribly done. Extremely do not recommend. You’re better off getting you toenails done at ongles Yumi they do a great job.

I would highly recommend this salon they are professional, very clean quick and efficient.I had a small crack in my toe nail that they repaired with no problem and made to look back to normal

i love the nails they did, i came here two times and i have not been disappointed. Really friendly service !! will surely come back agaib
