Bramur Plastics

It is less than a week before Christmas and I needed a plastic surface for my L-shaped desk as I will be painting in oils on one side of it and don't want there to be damage to the desk itself. The two acrylic sheets are absolutely perfect for my needs. They smoothed the edges so that they aren't sharp and when I picked my order up on an extremely cold day, a very nice man carried the plastic sheets to my car and said that he was OK with waiting while I put the back seats down so that it would fit into my car. I certainly wasn't expecting such kind actions but it is very much appreciated. Cher is the lady I spoke with to place the order and she was very polite and accommodating as well. I am all set now to start painting first thing in the new year thanks to the great people at Bramur Plastics. Merry Christmas and I hope that you have a very happy new year!

I am long standing client of Bramur - over 10 years. I have always had excellent customer service, and support, and the work and materials are of superior quality. Their patio furniture is second to none — my bear chairs have been outside year round for over 4 years and they look as good as the day I bought them.

Great customer services! We were looking for a circular plexiglass cover for our kitchen table to protect it from the 2 little people that inhabit our home with us and Bramur was great. Jillian in particular was very knowledgeable and patient with my requests. I am not a commercial customer and I'm sure my order was tiny in comparison to what they are used to, but nonetheless they accommodated me and treated me as a valued contributor to their business. Warm people, great product. They even stored and waited until I arranged for delivery as my first attempt failed (didn't fit in my car!). 2 weeks after I paid for the product, a scratch was found and Jillian and her team took care of everything... buffed out and perfect again. Great people. Thanks for your help Jillian!

They won’t answer the phone or answer their online email requests. I don’t understand a company can stay in business with such terrible customer service.

Ordered Materials from this company and the customer service is terrible, was told they would get back to me numerous times and never did, called Brad's cell and ordered items and they never showed up or had a followup call. Stay away the obviously don't want the business

Bramur Plastics has been excellent to deal with. We bought 4 big sheets as barriers at our check out points. They were ready in a couple of days and had holes in them for hanging. One had a factory defect in it and they are shipping a replacement! Excellent service :)

Sent them an email for a quotation and nobody replied. Then called and let a message and still nobody has replied.
