I placed an online order and realized I mix matched the diaper size and reusable liners. I reached out to Filomena and she corrected it right away. When the diapers came I was unsure if it was the correct fit for my girl and she sent another size free of charge for me to try. When the diapers came she talked to me on the phone and had me send videos and photos to ensure my girl had the right fit! I will definitely be purchasing from Jack and Jill again and highly recommend to anyone in need of the perfect diaper for their fur baby!

Great productThis is the second time I have purchased these diapers from Jack & Jill. One of my dogs likes to mark around the house. These are great for when I can’t keep a constant eye on him. They do the job and the new pattern is super cute.They shipped and arrived quickly. I’m very satisfied and will purchase again when needed.

Everything about these bottoms is perfect. The sizing chart was bang on for my golden retriever pup (who went into heat early). She was a little apprehensive about them at first, since they're something new. But after maybe 10 minutes of wearing them, she was so completely relaxed and at ease that she had fallen into a restful sleep on her back with her legs sprawled out. They're obviously comfortable for her because she hasn't made any attempt to try and remove them or bite at them. She's also quite happy to put them on. We've opted to avoid a sanitary napkin inside, and the underpants stand true to being waterproof. They're easy to clean, quick to dry, and super bright (pink-purple). I will definitely be buying more. Best purchase I could have made for my pup and her cycle.I should note, she did have a little accident the first day in them, where she peed with them on. However, most of that wetness also stayed within the fabric. With very little making it to the floor. I imagine if one needs these or wants them for incontinence issues, they'll still be excellent for smaller accidents. Especially so if they're just being used to hide a diaper.I can't recommend these enough! We're 100% satisfied!

This belly band is a high quality product! I ordered 1 online and it arrived within the week! I place a poise pad cut in half to cover more surface area. Our senior Boston terrier isn’t too pleased wearing it when out and about, and really has to rub hard against chairs to try and escape it. However he is fine wearing it if we sit with him on the sofa or if he’s in his crate sleeping. It has really helped keep his blankets and crate mattress ‘dry’ from accidents!I definitely recommend purchasing more than 1 in case there is a bit of leakage from the incontinence pad (hand wash and air dry). We picked up a few extra ones at some local stores that carried these J&J belly bands (info available on the website).

Definitely recommend.When your fur baby needs diapers for whatever reason it is extremely stressful. In my case, add to that an overweight dog without a tail to keep the diaper on. I have tried many solutions and other diapers without success until now. These diapers stay on!Jack and Jill Diapers took the time to provide me with personal advice and guidance to ensure we found the right solution.Tip - ensure to measure accurately and go by measurement not weight. The diaper will need to be snug to stay up but it must be comfortable as my girl comes very willingly and even turns around to make it easier for me put her diaper on. Diapers go on and attach easily with Velcro.Reusable diapers are not only better for the environment but more economical in the long run. Soiled diapers are simply washed and if the diaper hasn’t been soiled you can just put it back on after they have been outside instead of tossing it as it won’t stick again.These diapers are the ideal solution for us!

I purchased a male belly band from JJ Dog Diapers through Etsy after our old, male Cockerspaniel started marking in response to us getting a new puppy - we had to limit his access and, sadly, keep him separate. The male band arrived extremely fast and fits perfectly (my dog was in between sizes and I ordered a size up) and it must be comfortable for him because he is totally fine with wearing it. The problem with his marking has now been solved and we are enjoying our Christmas time ALL TOGETHER - the best gift of all gifts!!! Thanks for an amazing product and service!
