Great value and outstanding service. The UPR system has changed the way we watch TV. I am a satisfied customer. I could have bought another type of box and maintained it myself; but not any cheaper taking account of the time and effort required to configure and maintain it. This system is plug and play and it stays that way.

UPR box has been a great addition to my tv viewing experience. I have been able to decrease my tv service and have more of the shows I want to watch when I want to watch oppose to having to watch what the providers tell me I have to watch. The after service support has also been very good as well. Randall always gets back to me quickly whenever I have an issue.

We bought two streaming boxes from Randall in July. Best investment ever. Works beautiful was able to downgrade cable to basic, maybe one day get rid of it completely. Will be purchasing a third streaming box very shortly. No more box rentals from Bell. Randall is great to work with always there to assist in anyway. Highly recommend this service to everyone.

We've had our box for just under a year and absolutely love it. Randall's customer service is unsurpassed. He's quick to respond to any issues. We plan to buy an additional box and cut the cord as soon as my current Bell promotion expires next month. Highly recommend UPR.

Have my box for couple years now, it's more than just an android streaming box.It's a little computer in small package.Your not just getting a streaming box your getting full services also.Randal keeps the box updated and keeps you streaming.Any links no longer working are removed and new working add-ons are added.You get updates on-line from Randal whenever needed.Any problems with the box and Randal is on top of it and has you up and running as fast as he can.He sure works hard keeping you streaming trouble free.I couldn't be more satisfied with the service that is second to none, it really is all about the service.I picked up a second box for my brother.I have been hooking up friends and co-workers with a streaming box from UPR.Everyone is very happy with their new streaming box.

I walked in on a whim after a few friends told me how simple it was to set up and use. Several of them had switched to UPR from Android streaming systems that continually needed reprogramming. UPR is plug and play and has a built in updater so there is no service disruption.I have enjoyed the service for 8 months with no issues. The only thing I had to get used to was going online to see what shows I may like because there isn't a channel guide like a am used to.
