Right at Home - Home Care - Mississauga

Right At Home has been a tremendous help to my mother during the pandemic. My father has Alzheimer which has resulted in his memory was significantly deteriorating. The PSWs are kind, caring and very conscientious and I am very grateful to them. The company is flexible to support our requests and take great efforts to ensure the comfort of both my dad & mom.

Hired 24 hour care for my Dad after being discharged from hospital. What a disaster, a miserable fail. My Dad was completely bed ridden and was never to be left alone. Well he was left alone for at least 25 mins. The present caregiver had to go and called the relief caregiver to let her know that. The relief told her that she was on her way up to his condo. He fell out of bed when no one was in his condo. They both abandoned him. I had to rush over and call 911 and he's since been admitted. Absolutely unprofessional and so very disappointed. I would not recommend this agency if my life depended on it.

Right At Home is an excellent care service. The staff are kind and very thorough. I hired them to look after my elderly mother after being released from a hip replacement. The care workers knew what should be done and got right to it along with giving my mother terrific personal contact and interaction. They were always happy to handle any of our specifics, answer questions and offer advice. I will be using them again in the future !

I am so grateful for Right At Home My mother's health had suddenly deteriorated and she needed care. My sister and I were not able to support her as she lives far from us. Right At Home stepped in and took control of the care. The Caregivers were absolutely wonderful. My mother was very comfortable with the caregiver and the service which helped her recover that much quicker. We tried several agencies to help care for aging parents and Right at Home is by far THE BEST! The care givers were friendly, reliable and very hardworking. They were proactive and willing to do all that’s required to help keep my mom comfortable, clean and engaged. I’d like to thanks Eunice especially who became very close to my mom and was an essential support for all of us.

RAH Mississauga team is excellent and highly recommended for home care services. I had a minor accident and needed surgery, hence I had used their services to help me around the house. Niwi was empathetic, patient and accommodating based on my evolving needs. She and her caregiver team are truly here to take care of you without batting an eye. They have been a blessing for our family!Once again, thank you so much team!

We had reached out to Right At Home for my uncle, and have received excellent care!! The CG was very patient and a great listener. She is very compassionate and soft spoken. The care-giving team is very well coordinated as based on feedback & updates also proactively looked into my aunt needs and advised us. We made the right choice of company for our needs and we are grateful for their support in our time of need.

Our family was thrilled with the amazing service we received taking care of our mother for the full day at a family function. The service provided by Right at Home was outstanding especially given it was a last minute arrangement. Mary was very kind, always on time for pick up and drop off. She was required by the clinic to be available nearby while I receiving treatment which reduced my anxiety considerably. I required the service twice weekly for 4 weeks. I most definitely would recommend Right at Home.
