Dragged our heals on getting our filters changed and then met Jenny. She said she could do it quickly, efficiently and no mess or fuss. She was exactly right on! Great service, they were able to deal with our current filter thingies by me just sending a picture of what was here. Highly recommend them! Thanks Jenny for such great service!

So happy that we switched from our typical office watercoolers to this system instead. Never have to change tanks again, and the quality of the water is awesome. The service team is fast and professional and installation was hardly noticed by my staff. Can't see us ever switching away from this water system.

We have been using Lucid Water to service our equipment for the past 18 months. They have been providing us much better service then our previous contractor by far. I haven't had to worry about when the next service due date is or that it has been completed properly. Having a vendor that takes care of this so we don't have to is great as it allows us to focus on other parts of the business.

Lucid has always given great service. They show up within an hour if the water filters need servicing, always show up to cleaning appointments and invoice/process payments in a timely manner. Not to mention the hilarious jokes they have on every invoice. I would definitely recommend them.
