Jeff is very professional in appearance and in knowledge and helpful to solve any issues that have come up with my hearing aids. Emily is also a very friendly and efficient receptionist and assistant.I would recommend anyone with hearing issues to use the Nanaimo location for excellent service.

I’m 52 and starting to notice some signs of hearing loss. I just had the testing and was told I’m a candidate for hearing aids. Jeff was very professional and knowledgeable. He guided me through the process and helped me get more used to the idea of using hearing aids.

Got my hearing test for free. Was impressed with the staff, they were super friendly but professional. I felt very looked after. I was even happy with the results. I'm within normal but with a bit of an issue with some of the low tone. I am to follow with them in 18 months. But get this, they have me in their calendar to book an appt in 18 months, that 1 1/2 years from now and I don't have try and reverse myself ;)

The service here at Beltone has been wonderful since I first visited a number of years ago. From front office reception through to the hearing test and followup, the folks here have been warm and welcoming, friendly and courteous, caring and professional. I'm stickler for quality customer service, and I have been thoroughly impressed with the treatment my sister and I have recieved here over the past number of appointments. We look forward to future visits as needed.

Going to Costa Rica in two days hearing aid was broken took it in and the young lady there did an exceptional job repairing it and instructing me on how to avoid what had happened.

Am very pleased with the visit to Beltone Nanaimo and have been for many years. The receptionist Emily (?) has always handled my needs and concerns re my hearing aids. The Technician Jeff (the TV guy) thoroughly explained the nature of the reason for my concern and promptly corrected the problem and gave me some direction for the future. Many thanks EF

Can’t give less than one star or I would. Horrible experience. Selected Belltone Nanaimo because the home visit service they so aggressively market on their website seemed like a good option for my 95 year old relative who is in dementia care. I called to make an appointment for her and was told by the receptionist that someone would call me back “when the schedule was finalized “. Waited 6 weeks and called back. Receptionist hummed and hawed then finally admitted she had forgotten all about my request. Received a call back from the audiologist the following morning. No apologies for keeping a patient waiting, just a snooty attitude. Advised home visits were not available, which is not what their advertising says. When I asked why no one told me that six weeks ago his response was I didn’t have to use Beltone. Apparently this business feels they are doing folks a favour allowing them to be customers.I cannot imagine how I could ever trust these guys with is essentially a health service. Zero interest in their (potential) patient, what seems to be false - or at best inaccurate- advertising and overall the absolute WORST customer service. One wonders what else would be forgotten or inaccurate etc had I actually been misguided enough to use them. Going elsewhere, suggest everyone else do the same. They have been reported to consumer affairs for their misleading advertising
