I have been going to Midas for about a year or so now and I am so pleased with the service I receive. James is honest , friendly and knowledgeable.They always do a full report and recommend what needs to be done in the future.James was able to fix my car starter which would have cost me a fortune at the dealer.I highly recommend Midas!!Thanks again James!!

James the manager of this location has great customer service. You can tell he really cares about his customers and anyone who walks in there. He remembers what you’re in there for, he remember who you are, and just in general makes you feel comfortable about your car issues. What I also liked about my experience at Midas is that they don’t up the $ on parts. Theirs a lot of car places that see that you’re a woman and don’t understand anything about cars so they up the $ and tell you that’s cheapest price. James really went through everything with me, told me what’s a good price and what’s not, and made me feel comfortable with my decisions. Never pushy about anything. I would 100% suggest Midas over anywhere else. I think a lot of it is because of how James takes care of the customer. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I normally never leave reviews but I had such a horrible experience that I felt I had to. I was Sent here a few days ago by my mechanic since he himself was not able to get there in time before they closed. He gave me a small drawing of the pipe piece he needed and he told me to just give it to them and they will know the piece he needed. I gave it to the person at front desk the drawing and I told him my mechanic needed two pieces. He took drawing to the back and about 20 minutes later he came back with two pieces that I thought were too long for what was needed but I had to message my mechanic just to confirm. I paid $170 for the service and pipes as they were closing but got a text from my mechanic that the dimensions was 2 1/2 by 3 1/2 inches but what they gave me was 2 1/2 inches by 3 1/2 feet so I came back within 10 min of leaving and let the person know the mistake but to my shock he was very rude and arrogant and told me those are my pipes now!" and he won't give me any discount or refund since I think it was partly their fault. I ask for the drawing back again to see and because my mechanic did not put any units to measurement I can see why the mistake happened. However in the drawing my mechanic told me he didn't put unit because there is no pipe used for exhaust that is 2/12 feet in diameter so he assumed they would know it. I understand why the mistake happened but what's more troubling is the lack of remorse or sympathy from the worker who claimed was the manager. He said it was all my fault since it was "not a blue print" I gave him. however just me an average person looking at the drawing would assume it was in inches and would not come to a conclusion one is inches and other is in feet

We were so lucky to be right beside Midas at the superstore when our water pump blew! They told us to bring it in and diagnosed the problem right away. James was awesome and super helpful with our questions. Car was ready a couple days later and been running so much better since.

It's my first time coming in here and very disappointed. Went there for my schedule appointment between 2pm to 4pm.Drop my car there and they said they will just call me, when its done. I came back at 04;30pm, and it hasn't been even started.And told me that they can't do it at that time and they can do it the next day in the morning,because they have still some cars on their racks.Well I understand that but I need my car the next day and just a single call wil be appreciated to let me know right away so I did not waste my 2 and half hour waiting.Will not recommend.

I brought my vehicle in for a brake service and some suspension work. James took his time when he went went over the estimate with me. James and his guys did an excellent job with the repairs. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Dropped in to see if there were any specials on purchase of 4 tires. There were 2 staff at the counter. One was on the phone yelling very loudly at someone. I tried to talk to the other person but it was hard to hear each other because of the yelling. She had no clue about tire offers available and actually looked on their website to see if she could find any, then said there are none and that was it. Now after reading so many bad reviews about customer service, I consider myself lucky that I am able to take my business elsewhere. I had used this place numerous times in the past and things were fine. Seems it is not the way it used to be. When leaving, I heard the person who had been shouting angrily on the phone in the parking lot using foul language. Overall, this was an uncomfortable experience.

Awful service, the guy at the front desk is so arrogant, I will not go back there anymore.Went to fountain tire, I ask if they will saw something and if I can't afford it and decided not to continue their service will they charge me, they said I will not pay anything. Here at Midas he charged me for 83.45 in total without doing anything I said why and he said the time that car spent and the time that they looked onto it. I did my service at fountain tire and the guy there Mike is so nice. They have a very good customer service.

I have been going to Midas for many years now. My first time writing my review about Midas on McPhillips. James and his team are fabulous and real professional. Since May of 2023 I have had a few car problems with my vehicle. The customer service they provide is top notch. I don’t think I could trust any other mechanical service to take care of my vehicles needs.

Got a simple tire change. I asked ahead of time if they could sync my tire pressure sensors to the car and was told yes. When I picked up the car, they told me it was all done. Discovered a day or two later that the sensors were never synced. Brought the car back in and was told they didn't have the proper equipment to sync them. So 1) they never did it and 2) never even could in the first place. I was told I'd be contacted once they had the ability to sync the sensors. It's now been over 6 weeks and still no call. When I try to call the shop, nobody answers the phone and nobody gets back to me after leaving a message. In my opinion, the job is still not completed and I would never bring my vehicle here again.
