I needed an electric motor for my furnace.The guys here were very helpful in not only locating and ensuring I got the correct motor, but they so made sure I had all the correct parts to do the job correctly the first time around.The price was very reasonable and their knowledge was fanatstic.I recommend them to you for your electric motor and pump needs as they are now the go to" for mine."

Wonderful company and wonderful staff. My oma gifted me her 1950's sewing machine which was built in to the table. The motor smoked and it meant the world to have it working, however no shop in town, or even the manufacturer (Brother) would look at it.Ryan in particular was so very helpful and, as it is now so sentimental to me, agreed to reassemble it if only for aesthetic, if it couldn't be fixed (which it was!) They made it work and it's sewing once again! Thank you very much again!

Two dudes in an EMPS company truck drifted into my lane -no signal, didn't look- today and almost smashed into my car. I honked to warn them I was there and they just laughed and honked their horn at me as I drove past them. Even before this, I witnessed them unable to stay in their lane going down Clement.Extremely dangerous driving - my passenger made the comment that maybe they were under the influence.I can't speak to the work they do in their trade but if it's anything like their driving, you couldn't pay me to hire them.

This business is fantastic. My business depends on these guys to fix our machines in timely manner and they have yet to disappoint. The technicians are top shelf. Overall EMPS is the #1 electric motor company to deal with in Kelowna as I've been to them all.

They had the bath exhaust fan motor that I needed when other places that I checked said i'd have a hard time finding one . Very knowledgeable staff and reasonable pricing and quick service . Wud totally recommend them . Thanks guys .
