Internet service was good, but when it came time to cancel the service for the much faster & 1/2 the cost fibre, customer service couldn't help us out with some $$$ relief & said they HAD to take the FULL payment for the rest of the month nothing she could do. [$100] ouch! (3 weeks that remained)Ah well we are never going back anyhow so we'll take the loss.Update: 15 June 2022 We received a partial refund & are thankful for the reply & help in this matter :) *satisfied customer*

First they say no one has to come then they do the guy that came young and had no professional experience hooked mine up in to the nabours and didn't cair then they give you a modem the one they handed me was 5 years old lol good service now thow

KWIC has been very good to me since we went with them many years ago. The technicians who installed the hardware were knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. And the computer technicians in the office always go above and beyond in helping with computer and Voip phone issues. I even called them from Texas for help getting my Voip phone working. They are also masters at fixing computer problems either over the phone or in a timely manner. And, more importantly, they are very patient and never make me feel like and idiot!! Except in the case of very bad weather, the service is very reliable. I couldn't be happier.

I have been with Kwic for many years and just recently upgraded from DSL to cable internet. The process was was painless and efficient. A quick call to tech support to confirm a couple of things led to follow up calls from both tech support and sales to check that all was working properly. I am a true believer in supporting local businesses.

I dealt with two different people at support to get us up and running. Brent who I dealt with first was instrumental in making sure everything was working and spent considerable time dealing with OUR delays and it was greatly appreciated because of his skill and patience. The second experience was with Daniel and within 30 seconds of speaking with him the problem was solved. I have dealt with Technical support on many occasions over the years and these gentlemen are STELLAR. Glad to be a customer of KWIC and hope to be for many years.

Customer service is a joke they left my father on hold for 45 minutes. No tech person answered him and he wasted his time waiting for nobody.2 of your workers came out and told my father he can get service set up a dish and then turned around and said “oh yea we can’t make it work anymore” one of the workers left and one was left at the house and then 20 mins later the second one left.These men, sorry boys, don’t give any cares about their jobs. If they were men they would’ve worked till it was dark.Terrible service.Absolute joke.

I must give a huge thank you to Daniel at Tech Support. A power outage had occurred earlier in the day and after remotely investigating on his end, he was able to get me back up and reconnected. Daniel provided step by step instruction clearly and concisely to investigate a connectivity/network issue. As I am using an older version modem he assured me he would monitor/recheck my connection and if warranted contact me. The Simcoe KWIC employees have always provided GREAT service to me.

We've used Kwic internet for years and have been quite happy with their product and service however since they've been bought out by Roger's their service has been horrible and the internet over the last few weeks have been exceptionally slow. We've called numerous times about how slow it has been and our Neighbour's have as well as we are all experiencing sub par internet speed. During speed tests Download didn't even reach 1.0 and upload was basically non existent as well. We pay for a specific about of speed, all we ask is that we get what we pay for. Very disappointed.

Drop a box off at front door and expect you to hook it up and then it doesn't even work now I have no TV over a long weekend. Who ever thought this was a good idea definitely is getting overpaid.
