Persis Grill
Was a great time out for our first time. The food was delicious and we enjoyed our meals. The service was slow, but what I can see is that it was either short staffed. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for authentic Persian food with plenty of choices on the menu for you to choose from.

Food was good and came out quickly. Took very long for servers to take our order, and also to get us the bill once food was done. Dips came with no bread, had to ask for it and was told that they normally dont come with any. Unsure how the dips were meant to be consumed without bread or any accompaniment.

The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help you with your selection of dishes.The menu is full of traditional Persian dishes, each one more delicious than the last. If you're a fan of lamb, be sure to try their lamb shank, which is cooked to perfection and served with a flavorful sauce. The kebabs are also a must-try, with juicy pieces of meat grilled to perfection and served with a side of fluffy basmati rice.The portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food and the dining experience. Whether you're a longtime fan of Persian cuisine or trying it for the first time, this restaurant is an absolute must-visit. You won't be disappointed!

I'd ordered two types of dishes, the Chicken Leg Kebab with Zereshk Polo and the Fesenjan with Shirin Polo. Short story, it was delicious. I'd called in to place my order, the person I spoke to was very courteous and even gave me his suggestion for which I was very grateful. The order was ready on time and the food was still relatively hot by the time I got back home. I'm sure it will be an even better experience to sit down and eat at the restaurant when we finally can!

Attended Persis Grill for lunch as a party of 10. We were very surprised that we were the only people in the restaurant.The food was excellent however the server was less than attentive. 20 minutes after sitting, we had to motion to the server so we could order a beverage. One member in our party has food allergies and asked the server if they had gluten free and dairy free options and explained why. Our server confirmed that yes they did.After taking our orders the server brought us a wonderful carrot and ginger soup but it had a cream base. Next she brought a salad with a creamed dressing. When the member of our party reminded the server that she was dairy intolerant, the server replaced the salad and brought balsamic dressing then indicated that the soup was made with cream (even though it wasn't creamy). We spent 3 hours and I would say 1 hour was spent waiting.I would go back for the food, not the service.

I visited Persis on Canada Day holiday, and I must say it was a delightful experience. We tried the sour kebab and beef stew, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. My husband, who is a big fan of stew, really enjoyed it. If you go there, I highly recommend trying the sour kebab and Barg as well.

Amazing restaurant! One of the best for Persian food. The food is fresh, meats are so moist, and quality is top notch. Ambience is great (live music and decor), and service is wonderful. Highly recommended and will return!

For a Saturday night dinner it was crowded but service was slow. Food was okay but they cut down the portion quite a bit. The quantity of their servings was almost half compared with that of the other Persian restaurants. We ordered Mostomusir as a starter. It barely had any taste. Portion of rice was very little. Kebabs were juicy and properly cooked and yummy but sadly the portions were very small. Hope the management will focus on improving the quality and portions along with better service. We would like to continue going to this restaurant but tonight's experience was a disappointment.

Visited Mother's Day 2023. Were the first people in the restaurant at 1130(group of 4). Ordered our food. Took 1 hour for our food to arrive while they were filling take out orders ahead of us. Only vegetarian option was an expensive $23 veggie plate that was lukewarm and totally not worth the money.

I have been looking for an excellent Persian restaurant in Ottawa for a while now. It has a pleasant atmosphere, and the interior decoration matches the theme. I was impressed with this place! Both the food and the service were excellent. If I could, I'd give it ten stars.
