Friendly and helpful staff! Products are stocked up at most time of the days! External garden center was a plus during the lockdown.Ample of parking space and at a very prime location…Home Depot, FreshCo, LCBO, Shopper drug mart etc in few minutes driving distance.Lots of self checkout counters is a plus!

The Photo Center was a complete mess on both times visited to pick up an online order. This recent visit took close to 1.5 HOURS of waiting and I still had to walk away WITHOUT photos in hand!! They couldn't find the photos nor knew how to reprint it. Both the center and employees were completely disorganized. I was very patient and understanding that it's the busy holiday season, but the customer service I received was non-existent. After trying to leave twice due to the wait, staff and manager kept assuring me my reprint was next in the queue and told me to stay... yet clearly the printer was still not working.If you're in the area, I recommend you get your prints elsewhere. During my 1.5 hrs wait, I witnessed 5 other unhappy customers and 2 other individuals who gave up on their orders.

Some of the employees have an attitude issue or are clueless. They are often out of items you need /want and they have accumulated too many clothes that can fit on their own racks so the store looks messy. I go out of my way to a different location because the atmosphere is no bueno.

I went here to get my shopping done! Great costumer service from Michael! This location was on task. Overall, this is an amazing Walmart!

What’s the point of having 12 self checkout stations, if only 2-3 are opened. Staff just walks around with not purchased items, without any client what to do with it.

I appreciate the convenience that they offer. It's a one-stop shop where I can find everything I need in a single trip. The store is well-organized, making it easy to navigate and locate items.

I went to customer service to exchange a box of diapers with a receipt as I have done multiple times before (with a receipt and without). Only this time there was some miserable employee named Seline today and told me that because my receipt is 3 months old I can no longer do it. I have done it multiple times at this location and so have many other moms. So I asked to speak to a manager and seline told her manager what to say to me… great manager skills. I asked why I wasn’t allowed when I have done it many time and she said that they make exceptions sometimes … so what you’re telling me is you are choosing to be rude and give horrible customer service. It took everything in me not to be rude back. I can’t believe you have these awful and ignorant people running your “customer service”. Anyways I went to a different location and they had no problem making the switch. Thanks Seline…. You were a pleasure

At the self serve station and got stuck. Asked staff for help. No greeting no nothing like I have offended her. Right after she resolved the issue, she just stood there playing with her phone. Photo attached.
