2023 : This place is now great.2021 :I had a bad experience about this place about an year ago. Time goes by and I wanted to give this place another chance but nothing changed. I understood that cameras are installed and everything could be checked so giving the details: I was there on Friday May 7th around noon and I cashed the money at 12.37 pm. I was asked if it is OK, I said no and when I left, the person who miscounted the bottles a year ago wanted to have my name, because I was complaining. I wanted to give my name but suddenly the guy was on the phone, ignoring me, so I left.

The staff here are always so friendly, and it is always so clean. The cash dispenser also allows you to tip the staff, which is a great feature.

The employee would put three big milk jugs in and mark one down. She was short counting me on everything. I guess she's gets a bonus for ripping people off that will be my last visit.

Clean facility. Their bottle sorters/customer service representatives are friendly and professional. This bottle recycling facility has a fair pricing on recycled bottles and their bottle sorting process is fast, but efficient. At that time, the customer service representative Jean was helpful and efficient. I highly recommend this bottle depot!

Worst experience ever! I was greatly amazed by the service and the location cleanliness last year! However, this year was a bitter experience with their new automated counting machines. I felt like these machines are set to steal customers. 100% the amount I've received is wrong, less that what was expected based on last year experience. Never show up again!

No complaints. Great place to take cans & bottles!

Brought more bottles than last time, but got lot less money. There was a young staff that counted a lot of those mini drinkable yogurt containers that the kids like so I had a lot of them. However when she punched it on the screen, it was a low number. I don't think she was intentional but maybe just lost count and looks like first week on job. I usually count with the staff and I counted higher than what she punched in.

This has been my go to bottle depot for several years. I typically only bring 2 large bags at a time and get between $15-25. I came in this past Saturday, March 4, 2023 and to my surprise they had automated the front end since my last visit. I was surprised and excited for them as it is great to see local businesses grow! I also had with me 6 bags of bottles so I figured it would go pretty fast with the automation. As I observed the sorting process I began to worry that either I was helping to pay for their automation or something wasn’t calibrated correctly- in the end I was given a receipt for $34- I was expecting at least 1.5x that!! There was no one on site to take up this matter with so I left in frustration and won’t be back.

Fast and efficient. They now have new automated sorting machines to deal with large volumes of recycling.

The first couple of times I went, I was pleasantly surprised by the courtesy of the staff, the cleanliness of the place and the accuracy of the count. It's been slowly going downhill ever since. Visit before this one, I was short-changed on the count. This visit, the staff were ok, it's still clean but I had two people counting and only one marking it down. Too bad but I'll be moving on. Honesty is still important.
