Strassburger Windows & Doors

Purchased custom windows for our home on the reccomendation of our builder and the lifetime warranty. They charge to fix under warranty. The most expensive window we purchased has blown its seals and they tell us that they bought it from another supplier and they will not warranty it.Would not use again.

We built our custom built home 12 yrs ago and all the windows and doors were from Strasbourg. We stared having issues with the front door immediately, paint peeling, and the sliding door gaskets around framing 2 yrs from insulation. Both times we were given excuses of how it wasn’t their fault, they were not going to honour warranty etc. Customer service was horrible! As for quality of their products you can feel cold come through glass in winter and heat in summer. We would never recommend Strassburg to anyone!

Our contractor recommended Strassburger for the supply of windows and doors for our new build (25 windows, 5 exit doors, and 1 patio door). We had a few problems: two panes developed stress cracks, 2 doors developed bubbling paint, and some of the windows were hard to open & close. Strassburger provided excellent customer service and replaced the panes, the 2 doors, and serviced the windows (our contractor had left a small piece of plastic on the bottom of the pane which should have been removed). I am impressed with their customer service and speed at which they resolved the issues. We are now 1.5 winters in and the windows appear to be working well at keeping our house warm.

One of our windows lost its seal. Within a few days the service techs were here to take measurements for replacement. Took about 2 weeks for new one. The service was excellent. Great company to deal with!!

Had windows, front door and sliding door installed 2 years ago. Front door lets the wind through as if it wasn't there - they say it's not their problem. Blinds in patio door broke about 9 months agoThe installer won't reply and strassburger kept passing it off saying it's covered under warranty but having problems getting parts!!! And now all the emails bounce back! Reporting to better business bureau!

Today, I had a fabulous experience with the tech crew from Strassburger. They came to my house to fix some warranty issues and also offered to check our other windows to ensure we didn't have the same problem with them in the future. The original problem with the windows and doors were not due to Strassburger themselves but with our third party window/door installer. Josh & Glen from Strassburger were so personable and friendly and completed their work efficiently and without difficulty. As much as I hope we don't have other issues in the future, I would be happy with the Strassburger crew coming back. Thanks again!

Replaced our front door on custom home. Two doors and side panels. Poor quality. Cracked ruined after 12 years. Would have expected better. Now have to pay to replace again.

Had a very expensive door with sidelights installed on a multi million dollar house . The hinges rusted and the seal leaked it has been since January and still not resolved . Purchased stainless steel hinges and had them installed seems to have resolved the problem so far. So much for their warranty on the door.

We have them installed in our custom built home and we paid custom pricing. No screen fits properly, the opening mechanism covers never arrived and I see many faults in the sliding doors. Neve would use them again.
