Access has been handling our insurance needs for about 10 years now, and Justine Williams is our 3rd agent. We lost our first as she moved and we ended up with someone who was never available. After lots of frustration Justine stepped in to handle our account and she has been excellent ever since. She has the qualifications, experience and customer service skills that are needed for the position she is in, and we are very happy with the the service she provides. I can't say enough about how awesome Justine was! Called her up with last minute insurance needed like, next day before lease signing less than 24 hours away. Was on the ball and put the work in to make sure I was able to meet the deadline at the best rate she could find. Been dealing with her for the past year with auto and home insurance as well, was the only one we found who could come through for us with the circumstances in our life. Highly recommended.
