The ODSP worker Nadine worker 210 is super discriminatory against people that has PTSD, learning issues, and other disabilities, she hasn't listen to me properly at all, forcing me to pay benefits out of pocket just because things has to be done her way and not how the actual documents said, even the actual security guards there is helping me calm down and is on my side about it, especially because I have to do a human rights tribunal application because the social benefits tribunal stated it's the only way to get them involved and go around ODSP in general, on top of that there's multiple workers including her supervisor frank who's not helping at all and another supervisor Mary who thinks I'm just trying to scam/play the system for more money when she doesn't even know me,Long review short, THIS NOT A SAFE PLACE for disabled people depending on if you get a good worker or not

I was assigned YG Lee as my caseworker. He was courteous, prompt to reply, ready to help and took the time to ask about my well-being. I was fortunate to work with a person with great work ethic. Thank you YG!

Okay, so there was a person at front desk when I called named Andrea, and this is someone who really deserves a promotion at what she does. She was so helpful, clear to hear & kind on this day when I called, phone etiquette was amazing, And we had a riveting discussion and it really made me happy that I was able to make a positive impact on someone's day in turn. It's a shame that our premier is completely neglecting and invalidating Ontario's disabled, and that our rental market is beyond unsustainable. But folks like Andrea really help during times like these. There should be MUCH more caseworkers like her.

This is such a terrible and unprofessional place! Its sad that the government has not shut down this office for the unprofessional people that work their.I have been saying this for years! They make qo many mistakes and then the clients (who are human beings also) have to pay for their mistakes!. Caseworker are not better than their clients. All they are are individuals who hold a piece of paper. They need to get more training in how to speak to people. I wish I could be a case worker, without having to pay for the schooling. I have all the experience, but I just don't have it on.paper. sometimes having actually experience rather than just a paper is more valuable. Anyone can be trained to do computer work, not not everyone can be trained or have the experience to help those on government assistance.

10 months and counting for a worker. Calling multiple times a month, leaving voicemails, never having them follow up. I called today and got yelled at because I didn't remember every voicemail i left. I get automated request for information because i updated rent information like i am supposed to. No idea where it all goes, may lose payments because of it though. Basic support programs are a mystery to reception.
