I was looking to buy a new truck. I had been at a few dealerships and thought, I should see what was at NISKU FORD.I was lucky to meet Miles. He was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions , I never felt pressured into buying a truck. I have been dealing with Nisku Ford for the past 3 years and have had a quality experience. The person I rely upon the most is their service manager Clarence Ell. I have depended on Clarence to service my vehicles for over 20 years and he is one of the most competent, reliable, friendly (and truthful) service managers you will ever meet.The entire staff from reception to service associates, mechanics and Stephan the sales manager are all welcoming and very friendly.I have been purchasing vehicles for over 50 years and have seen the best dealerships to the worst and I trust Nisku Ford to look after me and my cars completely.

Great experience with Nisku Ford. I came from out of province to pick up my vehicle and they made the whole process effortless. By preparing everything ahead of time, I could literally just fly in, pick up my Bronco, and enjoy the rest of my time in the city. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and experience there and would definitely recommend!

Very impressed with Miles finding the truck I wanted, at a price that worked for me, appreciate the tour of the truck afterwords and explaining all the features. I had a flat tire this morning and was able to limp my car to nisku ford. Arriving at approx 715am. Donna (the service andvisor) informed me the techs don’t start work until 8 . I was in a major rush (like everyone else ) and one of the techs (i unfortunately didn’t get his name) stepped up and got to work changing my tire right away. After he got it changed they wouldn’t accept any form of payment.I am so great full they treated us with great service and I was able to get my daughter to her track meet on time!Thanks so much!

I usually do not like to put reviews either good or bad, but this place really deserves it. Been to four or five dealerships- Total disappointment.Had an awesome experience at this dealership from start to end. Juan M. the best in sales, very honest and goes above and beyond. If you want a pleasant and calm experience, this is your man. The finance process was effortless thanks to Matt. I'm very thankful and pleased with my experience at Nisku Ford and would like to thank the whole team for a seamless experience. If you are looking for a good deal on a car especially these days, I highly recommend Nisku Ford; you won't be disappointed. We will definitely be recommending this dealership to friends and family.

I had to get service done to my almost new 2022 Bronco and I am very impressed with the effort put in to find what was wrong with it. They did not simply get it going, but found out what was the bottom of the issue and replaced the problem part. Also I asked them to look at the air filters because we'd done some driving near the forest fires in a very smokey area, they checked them and were honest enough to tell us they did not smell of smoke or need replacing. I would recommend them hands down!
