I was looking for sunglasses to purchase and I was recommended this store by a friend. After having gone in, and spoken with the associates, and viewing their selection, I was able to pick-out two stylish items. Not only did they arrive very quickly for pick-up, but the prices were extremely reasonable! I would definitely recommend the quality and honest service of Kav and Civic Optical team.

Wonderful and friendly service!! They have quite a few choices and brands too. They are very very careful and adjust the glasses perfectly to your face which is honestly such excellent customer service. I would definitely come back for more glasses :)

Vet bad experience in costumers service and quality of their work. They made my glasses lesses off from prescription and and they are very rude in response.i was seeing things blurry and therefore I referred to my doctor to make sure my prescription is correct. My doctor checked the lenses with a device and the lenses was not accurate. According to the doctor they used cheap material for my glasses. In response they said your doctor is a liar. Also, when I say why I see blurry with this glasses they said you are not use to it. Avoid this place.

Thank you to Kav and Sarah for your excellent customer service. Kav went over and above to get the glasses that we wanted including fixing an older pair. His attention and help was more than we expected. Best prices! This is our favourite place for glasses and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend a visit to Civic Optical. My new favorite spot for someone who is crazy about sunglasses but a bit too picky as well , LOLThey have quite number of brand new collections.The staff are so accommodating and super friendly. I've dealt with Sara couple times and I 've been treated quite amazing.

I have been going here since the store opened and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Kav has always been kind and patient, he always helps find you the best glasses that suit ones face. He has even take the time to teach me how to put contacts in!Recently my husband needed glasses, this was our first and only stop. We had the pleasure of working with Beatrice, who was AMAZING!.She was friendly and helpful and made the decision so much easier!Thank you for all the years of support and great service!
