Costco Wholesale

Cashier Joanne was incredibly rude. The rest of workers are usually so kind and helpful. Joanne was throwing my things while checking them out and verbally crude. She was upset that I had split my transactions into two purchases because I was buying a gift. The attitude and throwing my grocery items was unnecessary. Joanne you’re a nasty rude only who needs to find something better to do.

Costco tire department has terrible service. I have purchased several set of tires for my vehicles over the years and they are good price but no after sale service. Every time I needed repair due to a leak they wanted me to book for an appointment usually weeks later knowing that it is dangerous to drive with a leaky tire. They would not even accept dropping of the tire and pick up later. Asking store manager for help did not work. So when ever you buy tires from Costco please keep in mind that you will have to go else where for repairs and will end up paying a lot overall for the life time of tires. Not worth in terms of cost of ownership although some savings up front. Tire department is not like Costco warehouse so don’t waste your time and money.

The Best Costco in Town!! can be crazy busy at times But still better than other Costco's in Calgary. from the friendly Staff to all the good samples they have.. I thank you Costco for your wide variety of choices you offer at such great Prices!

This is my normal store and normally never have an issue. Today, we did the self scan and was using the scan gun as the item was not scanning normal. The lady came to us and rolled her eyes and said, You can't use the gun."We then ordered food

Store was pretty busy on Sunday afternoon. Food court had a long lineup but that's expected at Costco. The best place for the usual food ,meats and fresh veggies bulk buying, furniture, appliances, computers, televisions ,cell phones and other household stuff. Only Costco where I found Winix air purifier in Calgary.

The East hills Tire centre is super amazing, I think suppose to waiting for one and half hour, but just only waiting for 45 mins to one hour. Also last time I changed my tire from other Costco, they didn’t wash my wheel, but this time I was surprised that they wash my dirty wheels, it seems like the new wheels. I really like their customer service, it was really friendly and kindly.

Big and large Costco wholesale might have it all and possibly in bulk. Huge warehouse with even bigger inventory form Electronics, clothes, food, cleaning supplies, tires and way more. Great for every time of year with every changing stock.

What can you say. All Costco's are the same. This one has a gas bar and liquor store, so it is fulll service. As with all Costco's most things are good value. But you should compare prices before a big purchase.

I been a customer for several years now, mainly I shop at the 32 ave location but I recently started coming here to get gas and groceries- today I went with my toddler as I usually do and on the way out I was profiled and was asked to open my back pack where I keep snacks , diapers etc for my little one. I can tell it was a targeted profiling - I asked for a manager and the manger who come to see me was a nice gentleman who was polite, apologetic and calm. He wanted me to leave(exit) with out opening the bag but I opened it anyways and dumped the content on the floor so other customers can see how Costco is treating its customers- if they continue to racial profile minorities may be it is not worthy to shop there anymore.UpdateA day after this incident I had a meaningful phone conversation with the warehouse Manager Rick - he also called me after having a meeting with his team and informed me that Costco will take extra measures in retraining their staff on this issue and will follow up with this particular employee as he did not follow the guidelines- he rendered an apology on behalf of Costco and will make sure that this does not happen to anyone.I still feel unsure if I will go to this Costco anymore but for now I can let it go and move forward.

The East Hills Costco always feels terrible when showing up - the gas station line up always makes getting in and out of the parking lot from the south side long and intimidating.The parking lot itself is fairly OK. Lots of cars, busy, but able to find parking without too much trouble, even mid afternoon on a Saturday.But inside.. they are just on the ball! The line up was crazy intimidating (line ups for both self and regular check out went down about 2-3 aisles). I got in the line up, but it only took about 10 mins to be at a till! They have the staff just directing you to the shortest till. Two two three people on each till just powering you through!I was very VERY impressed with the ability to get in and out within an hour at 3pm on a Saturday.Thank you, team!
