Our Condo Board engaged Security Depot to enhance our building security as we were experiencing breaks-ins and truancy on a weekly basis. The team worked closely with us to define key security solutions that would stick within our budget and provide maximum security. Since we completed the installation, we have not had one incident. They had extensive background and knowledge and were willing to work with us to find the right solutions for our building, often going above and beyond to help us out. We would certainly use them again and recommend them to others.

We just had security depot put up cameras and install FOB system in our amenities building. Rob, Ian, Lucas and Johnathan are the best team! Easy going, professional, knowable, efficient and very tidy. Eddy at the office always makes sure we are up to date on everything, and he fast responds to all of our questions and needs. I wish there was a option on 10 stars cuz' this company definitely deserves it.

They will not give you the cookie cutter approach because everyones location and place is different, they will make sure your needs are what are at the forefront.Working with security depot you realize that the quality of product, the detailed approach and superior work is not only the highest quality but far greater than a what you will find at other competitors which only provide a standard set package.

I purchased a home that had a security system installed and monitored by Security Depot. I contacted Security Depot requesting they remove their dealer code and return it to the default code so I could access screens to update time and date as the date is set to 2020 (it is 2023). Duncan refuses unless I pay a $100 service fee or reinstate monitoring although they have been collecting monitoring fees for the past several years.

I was looking for a security screen door and my contractor recommended security depot. I contacted them about getting the door and was pleased with his response and decided to proceed with them. When I contacted them about securing payment and a date for installation I was completed ghosted, never heard from them again. We were very disappointed as we waited for a few weeks to hear back. Poor customer service.

Our condo building has been working with Security Depot for the past year and we could not be happier with the service provided. Security Depot has done a great job with providing our condo building with both state of the art camera system and key fob access system. They are easy to deal with and quick to respond to inquiries. Service is great and they are pleasant to talk with.

I'm on the board of a small condo project in north central Calgary. I have nothing but good things to say about Security Depot. Ian and Duncan gave a full, on-site security appraisal, and gave us the most detailed quote we received from half a dozen companies. The quote was reasonable, and also we could expand things in later budget years. We went for a first line of defense for this year. Eddy worked super-hard to input all our data, and the key transition went relatively smoothly. What I'm extremely pleased with is how responsive they have been after the sale! Needed a bit of help setting up the cameras on my devices, and Ed was available to meet with me and walk me through it. All in all, our board is pleased, and will probably have them install the next phase in our next budget year. You won't make a mistake going with Security Depot! I highly recommend.

We ask and these guys sure deliver. I have dealt with Iain at Security Depot for around 6 months now and he is the hardest working person I know. From installing and troubleshooting our cameras, to programming our intercom, to stepping up and offering to install elevator FOB readers that the access control company out of Dallas should have installed themselves, the range of services this company offers is unbeatable. Iain is always just a phone call/short drive away and his breadth of knowledge is amazing. His installer, Jonathan, is incredibly dedicated to his craft as well. I would recommend Security Depot to anyone looking for any security-related needs.
