I have gone through a couple of nail salons in Victoria and this by far is my favorite! I've never been disappointed with the service here once. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. They got the best price too. I recommend all my friends to come here and they all love it!

I'm always happy with my gel manicures and pedicures from Cali Nails. I normally make an appointment but they can accommodate walk ins as well. Really lovely staff. I keep coming back for the service.

I have been coming to this place for over 3,5 years and to me, Tim is my best nail tech. I’m always impressed at how long the acrylic nails last. They normally last for 5-6 weeks. My natural nails aren’t damaged at all as I never had to take a break since I came to see Tim. Also, when he trimmed my cuticles, he never made my finger bleed. Highly recommend, he is a very talented and skillful tech that you should come. The prices are reasonable compared to other places in Downtown Victoria

I am glad I cane by to check Cali Nails out. Staff are super friendly, massage chair is a bonus and Nary who did my manicure and pedicure is sweet, lovely and good at what she does. I felt like a queen of the day.

For the one lady who does nails here; (not the guys) you have done my nails TWICE and the only reason I will NOT RETURN! 2nd time my nails have broken early, despite telling her before leaving the salon that this nail will break as it wasn't applied correctly. But i was dismissed or she didnt understand Enlish, im not sure which. Will deffinately be going to someone who has completed their nail tech course and will listen to me when I tell them that something isn't don't properly!!!! Now I'm in pain because of her neglect....not a great service!

Staff are so nice and friendly, super great and very accommodating! Ended up asking for a change and didn’t like it but they changed it back with a smile. Super talented and just look at the results! <33 definitely come here!

I’ve been getting my nails done by Tyler at Cali Nails for many years, and always have a wonderful experience. Everyone there is super friendly, very talented, and super efficient at a very reasonable price for their hard work. Even when they are super busy, they greet you with smiles on their faces and do their best to accommodate as soon as possible.

I initially had a bad experience with being overcharged but they had no problems refunding the difference to me. The service itself was fast and the nail tech friendly. I am a little sad that the day after I got them done the gel already started to chip off. I don't think I'll be going back, but thank you!
