Very friendly and a good cut.

Lacey was very considerate about finding a price i could afford for a hairstyle i wanted. The hairstyle was not very common and really tricky as i have a ton of hair. Since i was on a budget and we only used 20 foils, it did not turn out the way i expected, and i wasn’t satisfied with the end result. I was nervous to talk to her about it as i really liked her service and she is a very nice lady, and put in a lot of hard work. Lacey was very understanding about my feelings and showed the highest standards of professionalism. She generously gave me a refund and offered to fix it. i am very satisfied with her customer service and business practices. i will be going there in the future and highly recommend her services to anyone that needs them.
