Absolutely horrible. One male pharmacist has no clue what he's doing. Waited 15 minutes in the front of the line to drop off a prescription. Guy in front of me called in a prescription yesterday and it wasn't ready! I was told to come back in a hour for a 5 pill prescription for a common cold. Came back 2 hours later and they haven't even started it yet. From the other female employees they all seem frustrated at this guy. Will NEVER come back. What a joke.

Dealt with an extremely rude, condescending and unhelpful female pharmacist who not only refused to fill my prescription but felt the need to call prescribing physician to lecture her rudely, before snidely trying to do the same to me. Second prescription was incorrectly filled. Basically: Extremely rude and incompetent. Do yourself a favour and GO ELSEWHERE. This place truly does not deserve your business. There are so many other options which surely cannot provide worse service.

My family member came to pick over the counter medicine for a specific appointment I had and then had the appointment canceled to do health reasons. I came back with the unopened medicine package to return it and came with my same payment credit card. I had lost my receipt and spoke with the same person who sold it to me, I let them know that it would be on their system, I’ve been a customer for more than 10 years, and asked why they can’t do it and the man I spoke with wasn’t giving me any answers, rolling his eyes, and made me feel uncomfortable. I was very kind and patient with him.

We’ve been with this pharmacy since June and every time we fill a prescription there are issues. Every single time without fail.Missing pills, lost prescriptions, failing to notify when refills are needed, automatically filling prescriptions faxed by a doctor without checking to see if we want them filled at that time, and just overall poor communication.Even as far as telling us that we had in-fact picked up prescriptions that we hadn’t even called to refill, actually had me second guessing myself and felt like I might be loosing my mind.Overall dealing with this pharmacy has been such a headache and a stress that our family doesn’t need. Your pharmacist is an integral part of your healthcare team and unfortunately this one has left me feeling stressed and anxious.When I asked them why we seem to have an issue every time we need to get refills their response was that they have a lot of patients.....Save yourself the hassle and go anywhere else.

Been here for a long time, good experience. You get text massage when ready for pick up. Always answer phone call quick.

The female pharmacist is extremely rude and apparently has some issues with contraception as she adamantly refused to fill my prescription on some extremely dubious grounds. I promptly called up a different pharmacy and they were more than happy to fill my order. To anyone considering a new pharmacist, AVOID this one at all costs.

I was dropped off at the mediclinic next door which apparently was closed, so I walked over next door to grab some Advil, the injury was pretty urgent and I didn’t have a ride so the staff was very nice and called me an Uber to go to the nearest open clinic for treatment excellent staff!

Small but have most what you need from a drugstore.Usually not to busy so easy in and out.Also great you can call in/pick up prescriptions painlessly.

Worst service I've ever had. I am 14 weeks pregnant and get sporadic migraines every 6 months or so.
