They won't answer the phone, or return calls about theis defective products, say they are from Ferndale W.A. but are in North Van. Amazon has dropped their product.

Beware this product is not CEPA certified (Canada Environment Protection Act) producing very high sonic noise levels way above Canada srandard levels causing nuisance and health hazards to humans that you will be liable to noise violation ticket and $500 fine. Aspectek will take no accountability or correction. This should be pulled off the market and be subject to Health Canada product inspection against Noise Control and Impact Assessment against Canada Consumer Product Safety Act.

Don't even want to give them 1 star for the runaround I've been getting the past 3 wks. I ordered 7x100 ft plastic fencing for $27.99 from them, through Walmart, but received a cheap plastic pest duster instead (pic below). They responded within a couple days, said I could keep the duster, and supposedly sent the fencing out on Aug 6th, but still haven't received, When I contacted post office they say they haven't received. Nobody answers the phone, but I've asked Walmart to please help me again, cus they seem to be ignoring me. I will not be ordering from anymore 3rd parties on Walmart and should of known better. 2 Thessalonians 1:7-9

This is a deceitful outfit that knowingly sells faulty items. Their electronic rat zappers were heavily discounted on Craigslist and all were defective. I called back and told them that all but one worked. The clerk was extremely surprised , and was concerned that one of them worked. She apparently knew they were all supposed to be bad. Was offered a partial refund,which I never managed to get because they closed at 4:30 , before I got off work. I had to take time off work to get there before. this is a major scam outfit. Their items on amazon have all been discontinued.

Contacted this company regarding a sale item they had on Facebook, asking if it was still available. It took them 36 hours to get back to me & then instead of telling me directly that it was no long available, they gave me obscure replies & the run-around. After much back & forth trying to get a straight answer, I finally received a snotty rude reply that it was not. If it took days just to get a rude response regarding a purchase, I can't imagine they would be much better handling a customer service issue after making a purchase. I will definitely NOT be recommending this company to any of my clients or anyone for that matter. Extremely disappointed that a company would conduct itself in this manner.
