In all the years we have known him, we have found him to be honest and reliable. Unlike some other places, he will not try to upcharge you or do unnecessary repairs just to make a quick buck. He will give you honest advice and service your device at a reasonable price. He has also recommended us to ultra-low yet great phone service providers which save us a lot. Excellent customer service. I gave them my laptop for repair, I honestly thought it was unfixable but they tried many different things to diagnose the problem. It took some time and they spent many hours on it, but they were able to figure it out and fix it for me. I was very pleased with the service and definitely recommend their services. I don't think that you will be able to find anyone else that is as honest and hardworking as the team at Ultra Computers located on Sunnyvale Gate.

This person is a scam don't go to him he will steal parts from your computer and then say they are not fixable. I took pictures of him stealing

Awesome customer service. I gave them my laptop for repair after spilling a ton of water on it accidentally. I thought my laptop was done for and I had lost all of my files permanently. Luckily after their thorough examination in my case, the water damage was not too bad as it had just spread to my laptops RAM card. Within a day, they replaced my RAM card for a reasonable price with a new one and my laptop worked good as new again.I have to say I was unsure about getting help from this location after reading some of the reviews on here, but I am very pleased to have chosen them as they were not at all what some of these reviews state. I am very grateful for their service and would definitely recommend Ultra Computers as I myself would return if ever needing repairs again.Shout out to Eesan as well I truly appreciate his insight and help in resolving my issue so quick!

I would not recommend any one to go this place ever. The guy is a thief he will steal your computer or laptop parts and will say un repairable. My rating to this guy is negative .Do not spoil your time and money tWith this computer shop.
