The best workouts and amazing instructors!

Went today for the first time at 6am with instructor Shelby and it was great! Since this class was so early there was lot of free parking available on the street directly outside of the studio. Shelby helped me set up the bike to my height/reach before the class started and was very welcoming. I am new to spin so some of the movements were challenging/burning me out but I still got a lot out of the workout through modifications. Would definitely recommend sitting closer to the front for your first ride so you can clearly hear the instructions/get tips. The playlist was awesome and the room itself where the class takes place was very nice. There are cubbies off to the side to put your coat and such, and they provided everyone with a towel for sweat (was great for wiping your sweaty hands during the workout). As soon as the lights went down and the music came on I completely forgot it was 6am, it felt like a night out with friends :)

I've been to about 30 classes this year and love it every time. Sometimes I don't realize how great of a work out it is until after it's over because I'm enjoying myself so much. Great music selection and excellent instructors. I definitely recommend this to anyone, I know I'll keep coming back! Shout-out to Monique for running a great class!
