My appointment was for my monthly cut with Donna. Donna is a very professional senior stylist. I have been a long time customer of hers'. She is a great conversationalist and interested in what I have been doing over the past month. Donna was wearing a mask which made me feel comfortable during these times when indoors.

Becca is AMAZING! She listened to me and made sure she understood what I wanted. She talked to me about how to get my hair healthy and keep it that way (I bleach and dye it a lot). She had great energy and was super friendly and fun! I walked out with great hair, a plan for my hair.... and feeling great from her positive happy attitude. I will be going back to her for sure! She's a star!

Karen is really knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk with. I love my new haircut, it is easy to maintain and we are planning for my next appointments to keep it moving towards the style I have in mind. Staff are friendly, music is great, work stations are clean and efficient. I really enjoyed my appointment and have pre-booked for next month. Excellent experience.

My stylist Rachel is excellent! This comment has nothing to do with my hairstylist - I did recently purchase Hempz moisturizer at your shop, as a gift, and was very surprised at the price. It was 20% more than I paid for it back in August at a salon in Moncton, NB. I 'll do some price research before I buy another product at your salon.

My first visit I came knowing it was time for a change. My hair was long, dry from coloring, and weighing me down. Karen provided an amazing new cut. I love it. I came back again yesterday for a trim and I could not be happier with my look look my curls have never looked better. Thank you Karen!

Have been coming here almost 4 years and very happy with the service. Alan is great and knows how to style curly hair, he made my hair even better than I thought it could be and I now love my curly hair!

My appointment was with Donna. She is a very experienced stylist. I was in desperate need of a color & cut & Donna did a wonderful job, as usual. Donna makes the time go quick, as we chat most of the time.

I went there once a few years ago for a cut and it was great. Can't remember the girl's name. Very nice.But I went again at the end of 2022 and had been so excited as I haven't had my hair dyed in years and was ready for this confidence in my hair.My appointment was at 9am and as I was in my car, literally about to leave ( 830 am ) they TEXTED me to tell me the girl Haleigh called in sick... 30 mins before an appointment... Extremely unprofessional.being 30 mins before an appointment.Then they had rebooked me with another girl named Mallory and I had showed her a picture of what I wanted and we talked about exactly what I wanted. And she had been a stylist for six years she told me so I had all the faith it would be great right.And then at the end when it was all done and dry , it was not what I wanted at all. She was so nice so I felt bad and I never told her, and just said it was pretty. But after paying $375 ( I got shampoo also ) I believe it was, I should've walked out feeling my absolute best. It was not what was shown or talked about at all. I wanted thin highlights throughout my hair, the kinda blonde that's more on the greyish white side. And it was a yellowy colour in the end. I went to another store and bought purple shampoo days later hoping it would get to the colour I wanted but unfortunately it didn't. So my experience wasn't great as it was First the cancellation 30 mins before my appointment then the hair not being as asked and me being so upset with it when I got home. And paying as much as I did.. to be so disappointed...
