I just had the worst treatment I have ever experienced in a store. As I arrived at the store the first time and upon entering the 2 girls welcomed me and as I was looking around, one of the two asked me if I was looking for something specific in order for her to help me, I explained to her that I was just looking around - she understood and so far so good. As I was looking around, I noticed that the other girl, whose position was at the cash register, was checking me every possible way probably to make sure that I wouldn't steal anything (which makes sense, since she doesn't know me and for the security of the store), when I realized it, I smiled and continued to look at the different products, when it was time to leave (this is where my negative experience begins) I greeted them politely and told them I would be back, the girl who offered to help me before also greeted me politely, while the girl at the checkout gave me the strangest look and attitude Ι have ever received in my life and she didn't say anything (that's rude and impolite in my opinion). I didn't say anything about it, I left and went to another store, and after 10 minutes I came back and as soon as I walked in, the cashier girl came again with an attitude and told me in an intense way 'we are closed', I told her that I only needed a minute (I wanted to buy some vitamins) and she tells me 'no, you can't, we are closed, come on back off we need to go home'. I told her to calm down and she tells me 'I can't calm down because I am telling you we are closed and you won't leave'...I told her again to calm down and also told her about the weird look and attitude she gave me the first time, of course she denied that and continued to tell me 'back off, I don't see you leaving'. Obviously frustrated with this behaviour I kept repeating to her that she needed to calm down as I was exiting the store and as I am fully outside she tells me 'You need to calm down' and locks the door! I get that going in a store the last minute is not the ideal thing to do, but the way people handle things in unexpected situations show their level of professionalism...I had similar experiences with other stores going in the last 5 minutes, but the way they treated me was way more polite than that and eventually they even let me go in and buy what I wanted, and it was me that didn't accept it and left on my own, exactly because they treated me with respect, so I gave respect back by leaving. In this occasion after the experience I had, most likely I won't be coming back! IF this girl believes that losing a customer (plus the people I know) for 1 minute is worthy, then so be it! At least the other girl that was supportive and polite, and it's always pleasant to see people with that kind of attitude!

Love this store. The staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable. If I go in with a question I always come out with an answer and one I trust.Store is clean and well laid out although squishy due to the pandemic.

Our favorite health & organic food store! Always our go to when kids are sick, when we need a specialized health product or organic food. Staff is incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable, we always feel welcome. Great selection of products. Highly recommended!

I'm changing my review to say well done to the new owners. In the past the staff were overwhelmed and the store was not as organized as it is today.We always stop in when in the area and hope you'll be around a long time!I am a natural soap and cosmetic maker as well as cook who always shops locally.

None of the staff was wearing masks.I only come this store when I have urgent needs, because the Internet shopping has better price and clean products. (I saw dust accumulating in the products)And if you guys don’t want me to look around supplements, put the sign and be nicer please.The blonde woman like Manager acted to makes me feel so uncomfortable.Well, she was kind to other ‘white’ old lady.

Be aware of an employee named Sabrina. She is blonde with a slim frame. Her hair is pulled back and she wears bangs. Sabrina is prejudice and rude. I've been shopping at Fleur Sauvage since 2006. My experience has always been pleasant and customer service has never been an issue. However on 03-19-2021 that changed. I went in the store to purchase two items and was inquiring about a third. Unable to find the item I asked the employee (Sabrina) about it. She went on the computer to verify when the item would be available. While waiting for the information I was on a hands free call. Shortly after she provide me with the information. I thanked her and was waiting to pay for my items when she decided to serve a person behind me. Shocked by this I asked her why did you serve the person behind me when I was waiting to pay? Her response was I wasn't sure if you were ready since you were on a phone call. I said you were just speaking to me and saw I had items in my hand. In that moment I put the items back that I was going to purchase. Unsatisfied by her answer I questioned her again. She then raised her voice and told me to leave the store or she would call the police. I said to her in a calm voice that's fine because the store has surveillance. She yelled at me again to leave the store and I told her No. I said to her in all the years of shopping here I've never had an employee be so rude and disrepectful to me. The thing that really concerned me about the whole situation is at what point did she feel justified to threaten to call the police? Usually the police are called if an employee is threatened or if the establishment was vandalised. But neither of those things happened. Maybe I'm being a nieve black woman living in 2021 and should expect this type of behaviour when questioning someone with privilege? In the end the police did not come because Sabrina settled with calling the owner Nathalie. I spoke to the owner about what transpired and urged her to watch the surveillance footage between 11:00-11:15 am so she could come to her own conclusions. The owner apologized and told me she would speak to Sabrina and the rest of the staff to prevent this from happening again. In the end I can not say that I feel enough was done because Sabrina is still employed there. Fleur Sauvage was a great health food store but over the years with the various changes to management it stop feeling like apart of the community. I will take my business somewhere else where people respect you and will not threaten to call the police because of being called out on there prejudices.

I have been coming to Fleurs Sauvages for well over 30 years for the excellent bulk foods,supplements and wide variety of herbs and medicinal plants which are difficult to find elsewhere.As a smaller independent store the prices are a little higher but the quality is worth it. I also like the up to date varieties of gluten -ree and vegan pastas, cheeses, veggie pates etc. and there is always a small supply of good fresh produce.I've always enjoyed the atmosphere, slightly reminiscent of the hippy 60s and 70s and the friendly staff. which is ongoing despite new ownership since the original owner's passing a couple of years ago.They are handling pandemic shopping safely and comfortably too.

This is the second time this happens:There was a price discrepancy between what was asked for at the cash and the advertised price on the shelf, which happens... everyone makes mistakes. I asked them if they knew about the quebec consumer protection law which says that in this scenario i am entitled to 10$ off. They said no and ignored what i informed them about.They’re not bad people but this is bad business practice. I just hope other people aren’t paying more than expected on already highly prices items.EDIT: The owner has quickly dealt with the issue and has reimbursed me the correct amount for the two times I was overcharged. I hope that they modify their system to reduce the amounts of these incidents and educate their employees on customers' protections. Thank you!!! I have regained trust in their store which is why I raised the rating from one star to four stars.

This is a fantastic Health Food store and so much more. Their staff is very knowledgeable and pleasant and are able and willing to order products that they may not stock. I have always been served with respect and thoughtfulness. I will always be a client.

Very expensive but SO MANY VEGAN OPTIONS for snacks and drinks and cheese and everything !!
