Forever 21

It was always pleasure to visit at this store but this time i had great experience as compare to the previous in terms of customer service ! Whenever i will visit bc again this store will be on top of my list !

Location is NOT OPEN anymore. Don’t waste your time driving into the city and looking for it in the maze mall.

cashier didn't removed the tags from my jacket. I felt really insulting when I enter into other stores and security alarm rings. Useless. Sometimes we don't have enough time to go back but they need to be really careful. Even the store is busy they only schedule 1 person at cashier area.Poor service.

I went Vancouver for a visit with my friend and we both had an amazing experience shopping here… staff was really helpful from checking sizes at back to helping in selecting the best one.. very clean and organized

Went to the store and was looking for jewellery in front of cash counter. (An Indian young girl) I don’t know if she was the manager or just another employee talked to the cashier really rude. Customer just left from the cash counter and manager said don’t just stand there for no reason. Her way of saying was super rude and loud. She literally screamed sounded like she owned the store and didn't want to lose a penny. Even the cashier tried to explain and said customer just left but manager didn’t listen, ran to the desk and started telling do this do this in their own language. She didn’t even bother looking around that they are in business hours and customers are shopping around. I totally understand they can talk in their own cultural language but if you are on the sales floor, dealing with customers shouldn’t be acceptable because business has its language doesn't bring personal things into it. Also, employees need to look for a way of talking and rude behaviour is a problem. Let me tell you customers do notice everything you do around them and it's up to you to give them good or bad customer service. I Hope, Forever 21 will address this issue. People should walk their talk :(

Went in on 12/13/22. Forever 21 was a mess. Not too surprising because it’s closing soon, but still not a good look for Hudson’s Bay.

This place is a mess! If I could give 0 stars I would! This is what happened to me:I went in a couple hours before it closes because everyone is talking about the “deals” at forever. First of all there is no deals, all there is cheap clothes that will last you a month and you will be back in the store looking for more clothes to buy. Second of all, sizes are so hard to find and employees honestly won’t do anything to help you so if you’re trying to find anything comfortable to wear definitely don’t come here. THIRD OF ALL was the unsafe environment! The security tag fell and I step on it! And I understand that it happens ( “happens”) so I told a employee who looked at me and didn’t care at all! Thank god I have my tetanus shot lol! What type of costumer service is this? And how come this place is still open? Honestly the management of this place has to change FAST and efficiently, this is not right. I used to work in a clothing store, is not hard to train and improve your location. DO BETTER.

Best customer service I really like staff the way they treat customer and listen to them.
