They are worst place if you want to hand over your account for collection.Just pure wastage of time.They beg for accounts first and then they absolutely do nothing with it.Laziest possible Collection Agency anyone can imagine.

Horrible company!!! Mr Kretzman is supposedly the manager of collections and there is no one above him. He is extremely arrogant and rude. He proceeded to call me a low life and a deadbeat. Even after I was polite and asked to speak with someone else. I called and worked with the company I owe and paid them directly. DO NOT HIRE this company to take payments. They are extremely unprofessional and do not know how to treat people. I ended the call with telling him to have a blessed day!

Called, gave info about an account without verifying that they had the right person first which is a violation of my privacy. Sent me nothing in writing which is required in the province of Ontario. No notification if the call was being recorded. What a joke of a company!!!!

I used this company to collect money owed back to my business. Maria Stanisis collected 90% of my money back. She was pleasant to work with and was very candid and honest with all my clients. I highly recommend Maria and Shelco Credit systems limited.

Initially I was contacted by one of the arrogant employees who claims he was named Mr. Katzmann who tried threatening me like he’s a private investigator, I laughed him away and almost didn’t pay the account altogether.However I followed up with Maria, who was very professional and processed the payment and handled the discharge and everything as agreed and it was removed from my credit bureau like she said. Very satisfied with the outcome overall.Just give her a call if you owe these guys any money, save yourself the headache.
