I had been a long time nicotine vaper (5+ years) and they say vaping is even harder to deal with than cigarettes because of the chemical nicotine and convenience of use. I was using the vape minimum 3 times an hour all day every day. I was nervous to give up what had become my main coping mechanism for years, but after my consultation with Kim a lot of my anxiety was eased by her professionalism and explanation of how the hypnosis process would work for me. After being gently guided into hypnosis by kim, I felt the ease and confidence I needed to finally put down the vape for good.
