South Calgary Denture & Implant Clinic

Taking your 90 year old and 82 year old parents for denture work can be quite a challenge. From the moment we arrived, Vicki and Sunny made us feel right at home. Sunny had my parents laughing and feeling very comfortable. In no time at all he made some adjustments to Mom's dentures to eliminate the pain she was experiencing. He then checked out Dad's dentures and no adjustments were required. Sunny was very personal having discussions with my parents and relating in a way they could understand. There was no charge for Dad's consultation, and Mom's fees were very reasonable. Vicki then took care of us at the front desk by phoning to see if any of their fees were covered by their insurance plans. Vicki then followed up with an email providing me all the details. My parents walked out of the office extremely pleased with the professional service, humour, and very personable interaction with the staff . We will definitely be going back, and I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

My experience with South Calgary Denture & Implants has been great. I brought my elderly mom for some much needed help. They have been so respectful and kind to her. The denturist is there to help us and not about how much money he can charge us. In fact he gave us the first visit free. So much better than other experiences we’ve had!Thank you!!

My wife’s, Colleen, experience with South Calgary denture was very positive. She was very nervous and Sunny did a great job of putting her at ease. He talked her through all the steps, and was very patient with her. He took his time to ensure that she was comfortable with everything being done and what she could expect from it. He has ensured that the dentures fit properly and was very maticulous to ensure that she had a good, comfortable fit.The staff at the front desk where very friendly and professional.I would not hesitate to refer others to this clinic.

I took my mom at 87 to get dentures for the first time and she was very nervous. The staff here were so amazing with her. She does not hear well and they made sure to speak and explain things so she could understand and also allowed me to be in the room at all times to make her feel better. They always all greater us by name. They make sure the dentures were great and they spent the time needed to show her how to put them in and remove them. If we needed an appointment they would get us in quickly. I wish more companies could be as good as this one. Excellent product and customer service. Best experience

My experience with South Calgary Denture and Implants was more than I could have asked for... Professionalism and friendliness from both Sonny and Donna. From first contact to last appointment. Very comfortable and clean environment. Sonny listened to me in what my concerns were and gave me that smile I wanted.Appointments were always planned around my work schedule which was much appreciated. It wasn’t once i don’t have to wait for over an hour at this place . People that was late to the appointment got to get in first yet the one that was on time has to wait . Dr Cherif is nice but the wait time is horrible . When asked the reception , they have no idea how much longer . So if you have appointments at 2, shows up at 3 and you will not have yo waste your time sitting here .

From my dentist and dental surgeon I was aware that my partial dentures will be a challenge, and they recommended South Calgary Denture. I found it to be a pleasant experience, especially how easy it was to talk to Sonny and his appreciation of my gallows humor at times. Sonny did a professional job, took his time thinking of solutions and his attention to my comfort and concern for making a denture that would not only look great, but fit well and be functional. It has been only a few days and I am pleased with the looks and the fit, except for a couple of issues that I am sure Sonny will be able to resolve at my next appointment. Donna at the front desk always welcomed me with a smile and helped with my insurance paperwork. I would recommend Sonny to my toothless friends and relatives.

Our experience with Sonny and Donna was amazing. I brought my elderly mom in because she was complain about her current denture hurting her. Sonny was so patient with my mom (who has dementia), he never rushed my mom who loves to talk. My mom felt so comfortable with him. I was a wreck with worrying about how my mom would react but Sonny was so good with her. He even helped her sit in the chair. It was so adorable. Highly recommend.
