New to owning a fur baby and I can say without a doubt the arnprior animal hospital was extremely disorganized when booking the appointment, and seemed overwhelmed and rushed on the appointment date.After I was given a quote for the neutering, which after calling around was approximately 300$ more than other vets. The receptionist was extremely rude when I phoned back to ask about booster shots and ended up hanging up on me.. I would highly recommend you take your fur babies anywhere else. What a terrible first impressionRegardless if fees are on par with other places (not what I found but ok) , the blatant disrespect from your receptionist needs to addressed, maybe she needs to revisit a new line of work.

Really enjoyed the service and professionalism from all staff. Vet techs, vet, and reception was wonderful. My only complaint is the cost of examinations and spay/neutering. If you have relocated from the east cost, expect to pay double what you did there.

Yesterday, May 23/23 my cat, Symba, husband, David Clyne and I, Helen harwood, had an appointment at Arnprior Animal Hospital, our hospital of more than twenty years. Dr Alison Cooper and Tech Austin could not have given Symba nor us better, informative and loving care. We received all the information, our questions and concerns addressed. Symba had tests too to help us make decisions. In the end we chose elective euthanasia. We felt supported every step of the way. Dr Cooper and Austin, What a team! Thank you, Thank you.

New to the area with my fur baby.Only Vet. group accepting patients in the area. Had a 3 week wait list but well worth the wait.Needed to get annual physical exam, vaccines, 3 yr. Rabies and got first of 2 Lyme prevention shots.All were welcoming and took great and gentle care of my boy.Great front office staff, Vet Techs. & Vet.

Ive never had a vet as caring and respectful as the team at AAH. Ive taken my cats there for years and have never been disappointed.

Brought my 2 cats for their annual exams.Was seen right away and staff were kind!Usually my cats are sore for the next day after their exams and vaccines but both cats have been moving and playing just fine. Rebooked in advance for next year! Would recommend Stephanie and Dr. Baker

Arnprior Animal Hospital was one of the only places who would take my puppy Louie on an a client during Covid times and staffing shortages.Ever since, Louie has gone here for all of his shots and check ups. He just recently had a hernia repair surgery. It was scary for me as I’m sure it was for him but the staff were caring, informative and reassuring.They were readily available to discuss follow up care after the surgery when I needed help adjusting his post surgery care to better suit him and his needs.Louie has recovered perfectly and is back to his happy go lucky self. We will be returning for any and all care visits that he will need in the future. Dr. Chris performed his surgery and Emma assisted. Can’t thank them enough!
