Fayez Spa

I went there last week to get my nails done, it has been one week exactly and they are now so bad ,The materials that they used are so cheap, i would not recommend this place never again.. i even had to go and get nail polish from shoppers to try to matched the previos colour because i had a meeting!This is not polish is SHELLAC EVEN WORST!

Haircuts have increased 20$ in about a year and a half. Nothing like making your clients pay for loss of income due to the pandemic. A simple haircut is now $80. That wouldn't be bad if you got a proper haircut. Haircut is average to subpar-Hair stylist is not really patient nor does he listen. Aside from that he comes to close to my scalp many times and almost burns me!! At times, I have waited 15 to 35 minutes. Sometimes they wash your hair, take the towel off and let you sit there cold and dripping for way too long!! What's the point of making an appointment? This used to be my favourite place but it's gone down hill! If you are are going to charge these prices you better give your customers the best service and do an excellent job!! No more...bye bye Fayez. This place needs a reality check!

I have been so extremely stressed that I decided to treat myself to a Rosemary & Ginger Exfoliation body treatment. There are no words to describe how amazing my entire experience was. When you first walk in you get an immediate sense of calm. The staff is so friendly. The room they put me in was so relaxing and the music was the perfect volume. My anxiety is usually non stops and my mind doesn't stop racing. But during my treatment it was nothing but pure serenity. It has been 3 days since my treatment and I still feel so relaxed. I have already recommended this body treatment to my boss and I would highly recommend this to everyone.

Loved my services (received an Aquafolio Rescue Facial, Spa Manicure, and Spa Pedicure). Service was lovely, complimentary coffee, tea, etc, and very pleasant staff. They are a little on the pricier side but the service, cleanliness, options, etc, are worth the extra price point. If you ca splurge a little, I would definitely recommend.

Amazing, as always! I usually go to the spa side, which is always an incredible experience.This visit, I was on the salon side. I needed a last minute appointment, and they were so accommodating.Adam did such a beautiful colour and style, he made me feel fantastic! The reception staff are light-hearted, and empathetic. I enjoyed the whole experience. So much so, I booked my next appointment with Adam. He is worth the 5 hour drive!No pretense, like you might find in a high-end salon spa. Fayez is luxury, class and comfort.You want to go here...yes...you do! Book today!

I was very disappointed with our visit to Fayez Spa. I live out west, and came home to London to celebrate my moms birthday. I took her here as she lives in the area, booking $700 in services. Mind you, the woman who welcomed us was fantastic, however, the experience was downhill from there. There was nothing that ‘made the experience’, nor any additional effort to ensure our satisfaction. It was as if we were an inconvenience to the staff, being shuttled service to service with no amenities. Lastly, the woman who checked us out at the end was absolutely miserable, again, taking away from a ‘special’ experience. This was an absolute waste of money as we could have booked the services elsewhere for half the price- if you are looking for a mediocre experience at most, that is all you will receive.

Book NOW!I have been going to Fayez now for over 12 years! I consistently have gotten my hair done by Adam and have NEVER left unhappy! I get bored often and Adam is always game to help me change things up!I have very thick hair and Adam has done some pretty wonderful things with it over the years!!The front desk ladies are always helpful when calling to make appointments and try to be as accommodating as possible if I'm trying to get in on a deadline!I have also used their other spa services (facials, manicures and pedicures) and have always left refreshed! The aesthetician's are always knowledgeable and make sure you leave with great information on how to take care of your skin!Fayez has been exceptional and I highly recommend you give them a try!

I booked the Mediterranean Mud Infusion - omg! Probably one of the best body treatments I've received (I've tried several over the years, from Toronto and even St. Anne's Spa!) The value of what you get for the price you pay is unbeatable. I see myself going here several times a year - it's so rejuvenating, relaxing and you definitely feel pampered from start to finish. There was a bit of a blip when I came in where the front desk couldn't find my booking in the system (they accidentally confused my booking with someone else's that and the same treatment at the same time) but profusely apologized at the end...I can't wait to go back!

Pedicures super basic polish limited and not lasting at all. I usually wait 4-6 weeks with no problems at my regular go to spot but am doing another pedicure today not even two weeks after my visit here. I wouldn’t ever try nails here. This spa is for a older crowd who don’t mind to sit extra long for simple service at double the cost based on the setting. Ladies are nice so it’s a shame the services did not exceed my expectations in the slightest way. I’m one who doesn’t mind to pay for services worth paying for and this just isn’t worth it. I thought to experience other services but remembered how long they had my stem room timer set and I ended up turning it off myself as it was far too long! It’s big clean and airy hence the two stars.

Very professional and welcoming! I have been there twice so far (spa package and hair cut)! Both experiences were impeccable! I would highly recommend this place.
