I don’t visit this store often as I always go to other stores, today 8 May at 3 pm, I visited this store, I had good impression about the place till I had my interaction with the young employee at the self service check out when I was paying my bill, in my opinion, she was not professional neither pleasant, she questioned me if I already scanned the big box of Hugges wipes and that she can’t see the charges in the bill, till she looked at the screen a bit closer to see the item was posted, she acted like a security guard, maybe it is her first job ever, that was not nice and disrespectful, it seems that the customer service culture is missing.Not sure if the management has a say one this or it is something normal for them. I have no words to express my disappointment.

Fairly well runned grocery store. There every week. Items are very well placed and lots of staff working. Checkout is fast in the morning.

Everything was good. Enough stock for everyone. Well organized. But, not enough cashiers. When you have a cart half full of items, you don't really wanna self checkout.

What I like about maxi is that you can find international products here and the prices are always very good. But it would be nice if they expanded their international products. Lavalois have to drive or travel out of their way to find interesting foods. It can be cleaner and it's always cold in there but I guess it has to be?

This is by far the best Maxi in Laval and they have the best prices. This place is always fully stocked for all your needs. From cool toys to 4 liters jugs of Saputo Nutri milk, they got it for you. The only thing is to avoid going on the weekends because the lines up are very long.

I was doing my weekly shopping there. Then I found out the cashier charge me extra and also stole my cash. I stop shopping there because they're all thft from cashier to supervisor and manager all of them.....don't trust them anymore

The pricew at Maxi are fine. Checkout is ALWAYS a misery. Loooooooong lines and a self checkout that is disgustingly slow. Management needs to be changed if this is the best they can do.

1 STAR EVEN THEY DON'T DERSERVE ITthey try to be smart but they are not...i never find the advertised items for sale (discount) and when you ask the answer is over for today come back tomorrow and tomorrow you will get an answer like the day before.MAXI IS OVER FOR ME .

Nice big store with good chooice of many products also incluide section with the liengerie, some pijame ,etc, just item for the kitchen,bathroom and another usuful things. From middle of week have some offers and discount for very alot of things like icecream, avocado, fish , shrimps, chicken , beaf, souse etc.Notes: the case point alloved only for client who have under 8 items , all the another - welcome for the self service cash - what is way faster and there is always assinetce present to help u
