Spike Dog and Cat Grooming

We were pleased beyond our expectations. Clean and friendly environment. Jessica groomed and trimmed our Wheaten exactly as it should be done.

My puppers was in great need of a groom because I lost her here in Regina. So happy I found Jazz and that the owners at Spike allowed her to accommodate my princess and our schedule. Place was clean and welcoming. Bria Bear got a great groom and we made some great furry friends!

Highly recommend Spikes, we came across them same time they were rebranding from Sandees K9 to their new name but same brilliant team and location. Did a great job on our two little mutts and even took them back in after they chewed through their leads and went to the loo on Megan while she was grooming them. Will be a regular customer for sure.

Third visit, I was happy first 2 visits, but could not believe how badly my dog was razor burned. The poor little girls bum is raw. Will never go back or refer them again. My girl is suffering terribly. They didn’t even admit what they did or offer suggestions to heal it.

I have a difficult dog to groom and they were great with him, other places made me feel like he was a terrible dog but the girls at spike were great and clearly know how to handle dogs.

Wife brought our chihuahua pug in to get her nails trimmed. (Side note she is a rescue and she has never liked other people and she has very poor manners, however the vet has always been able to keep her secured). They apparently lost our dog while trying to put a cone/muzzle on. She managed to get out of her harness, jump off the table, at which point no other doors to the room were closed, as someone walked in the building she ran out where my wife was told to wait in the car. Ran across the intersection (9th and high st w), and now has been lost for 8 hours of me posting this. 1 employee assisted to locate her for a whopping 20 minutes to which they left and resumed business as normal. Upon a phone call asking if they were still assisting in locating her, 4 hours after initially losing her, I was blasted at for having such a bad dog. She basically tried to justify that my dog got out of their care and responsibility because she was so bad. they refused to help look for her any further than the initial 20 minutes. Take your animals elsewhere. Spend the extra few bucks. If I could post 0 stars I would. I'm at a loss for words and floored at the unprofessionalism over the phone they acted and how low priority this entire incident was to them.

They where amazing on my 13 year old cat she looks so amazing and she was so happy. Would definitely recommend!! I am just so extremely happy with the work they did, also supper friendly and was able to squeeze me in on a tight schedule!!

Had my dogs groomed here twice. They both have special needs, one due to behavioural issues, and the other due to his old age. They took good care of both, and they looked amazing when finished both times. Will go again.
