The new point system is taking major advantage of customers. Before you could spend on a coffee and donut and the 8th would be free, now you need to spend 40$ just to get a free coffee. Absolute scam. Let's go to star bucks.

drive through was horrendous, the staff working there rushed me (on a non-busy afternoon, (we were the only car in line) i tried telling him my order and he kept interrupting me and saying “ok drive on up” and got the order wrong and the food was COLD. i ordered a GRILLED CHEESE. the cheese was COLD AND UNMELTED; the kid working there had a horrible attitude and ZERO customer service skills

Very rude staff working on the drive thru. Bad attitudes, not helpful at all. Basically unapologetic jerks. Worst Tim Hortons experience ever!

Not super busy, Fast service and friendly Staff, I like that they're open 24/7, convenient on outskirts of town. But unfortunately they literally mess up your drive through order nearly every time unless its at night and simple order. Walk-in orders are slow and there always out of something. Definitely worth driving 1km to nxt one

Really not impressed to hear drive through staff tonight loudly insulting their drive thru through customers. Nobody needs to hear about how fat the last customer served was. So disrespectful and unprofessional.

Variety of foods baked goods, sandwiches, soups, cold and hot drinks to choose from. Staff are friendly and approachable. Location is very visible and easy to find.

Do not like this Tim Hortons. The girl taking the orders was very rude.Took our order very smuggling...looking like she would rather be anywhere else but at work. Then I had to interup her texting to let her how that she forgot our coffee with our order. She continued texting then finally made the coffee...no apology...not even a smile. My bacon belt was delicious..service sucked..

Soup was nice and hot, and the buns were fresh as well as the apple fritter. Service was fast and friendly. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Always nice and very friendly staff members,if they got your order wrong and then go back in or back through the drive through they have no issues at all with replacing what you originally ordered at no extra cost to you :)I highly recommend this tim hortonsAlways good and non stale food as well :)
